Founded in 1987, Keytech is looking for Accounting & Administrative Officer / Assistant to cope with our business growth in Asia. Our business focuses in the specification market for iconic building projects and specializes in door hardware, eco-greening and outdoor decking solutions.
Accounting & Administrative Officer / Assistant (5 days Week)
Job Responsibilities :
Prepare all-rounded day-to-day accounting and administrative functions
Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Accounts Reconciliation
Prepare month end closing, financial reports, cash flow statement and analysis
Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts
Job Requirements :
Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines
Experience in handling full sets of accounts independently
Proficient in MS Office software and ERP system
At least 3 years relevant experience
Dynamic, Well-organized, Self-initiative, Detail-minded and good Working Attitude
Good command of English and Chinese
Working experience in handling Project Accounting or system implementation is an advantage
