Manager – Corporate Account


  • Build up and maintain excellent customer relationship, identify customers’ needs and provide solutions

  • Achieve financial target as assigned by the management

  • Handle customers’ enquiries and achieve professional standard

  • Maintain regular contact and develop new business with existing clients

  • Follow up on major accounts sales leads

  • Be a project lead for new solution development for existing clients and the key interfacing point for all parties

  • Facilitate ongoing initiative with the operations team, to cross share and replicate the best practices, processes, standards and models, where applicable.

  • Develop mid and long-term tactical plans with the clients

  • Develop mutually beneficial commercial engagement with clients and contract renewal


  • Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other relevant disciplines

  • With at least 5 years’ experience in logistics operation or business field, exposure in the aspect of Contract Logistics or Fashion & Lifestyle is an asset

  • Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills

  • Strong commercial senses and can handle customer service issues with flexibility

  • Good Command of verbal and written English and Chinese

  • Strong numeric analysis ability

  • Good at user level of MS Excel and PowerPoint

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of "Assistant Manager - Corporate Account".

Customer Services Assistant / Customer Services Executive (Ref.: KLHK/CS)


  • Prepare documents and responsible for clerical duties

  • Provide administrative support to the department

  • Handle customer's enquiries when necessary

  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • Form 5 or above with clerical experience

  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Hands-on PC skill including MS Office & Chinese Word Processing

  • Possess positive attitude to change, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn

  • Immediately available is highly preferable
