Account and Admin Assistant
Handle daily administrative duties (Including ordering office supplies, managing office cleaning etc.)
Responsible for accounting entry
Arrange payment (Cheque & TT), petty cash etc.
Liaise and co-ordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate smooth operation within office
Support planning and organizing company functions and activities
Outdoor work will be required occasionally (e.g go to bank)
Support on month end closing and provide assistance for annual audit
Handle filing and Documentation
Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
Diploma in Accounting or above
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
Knowledge in MYOB would be advantage
Responsible, well-organized and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative in problem solving, detail-minded, accuracy, independent and proactive
Good command in written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
Proficiency in PC operation e.g. Microsoft Office application & Chinese word processing.
Assist in corporate, market and business development
Assist in preparing presentation material for board meeting, business proposals, Due Diligence, etc.
Assist in conducting market research
Assist in ad-hoc project
Associate Degree holder in Economy / Accounting (Accounting knowledge is an advantage)
Fresh graduates are also welcome.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
Proficiency in using MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
Willing to travel
