Franchise Development Manager, Learning Centre

Responsibilities:

  • Build a franchise development plan that consistently maintains a sufficient inventory of qualified new franchise prospects to meet the Company's short/long term growth strategy

  • Manage and execute key business development functions including franchisee recruitment, site selection and design and construction coordination

  • Work with franchisees & develop business relationship in order to drive the franchise operation and sales to meet needs of clients and company plan

  • Handle all franchise related issues, such as the daily operation on the students’ management, customers service training, alignment with teachers’ training, promotion plans, inventory and regular audit to ensure compliance of company’s standards and operation procedure

  • Maintain good relationship with business partners and negotiate with franchisees for new contracts or contract renewal

  • Ensure all operation and activities are consistence with the Brand’s objectives, image, guidelines and policies

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business related major is preferred

  • 6-8 years of experience with franchise sales and development, education industry such as learning centre is a plus

  • Ability to guide franchise prospects through the franchising process from lead to executed agreement

  • Clear understanding and knowledge of education and related franchise law and Franchise Disclosure Documents

  • Good communication and collaborative skills partnering with other development team members as well as other departments within the organization

  • Excellent team leadership skills and the ability to set goals and accomplish objectives

  • Strategic thinking, organized, high energy, highly motivated, positive attitude, service and resulted oriented, flexible, dynamic and with a high degree of integrity

  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

  • Occasionally travel overseas is required

Customer Service Officer (Learning Centre)

Responsibilities:

  • To provide customer service for parents and students

  • To execute the effective use of resources and efficient operation of centre

  • To recruit students within the districts of the centre

  • To response proactively to current market situation, review and refine business development plans and CS tactics in the learning centre segment

  • To follow up opportunities proactively and convert prospects to clients (parents of young children)

  • To contribute in monthly achievement and annual target

  • To keep the centre clean, tidy and customer-friendly most of the time

  • To maintain and upgrade CRM system periodically in a more user-friendly way

  • To work closely with the teachers in centres

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Secondary 5 or above

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, business development or education industry such as learning centre is a plus

  • Good communication and collaborative skills to partner with other development team members and teachers

  • Strategic thinking, organized, energetic, highly motivated, service and resulted oriented, flexible, dynamic and with a high degree of integrity

  • Cheerful, positive, good inter-personal skill and enjoy working with young children and parents

  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
