[K11 MUSEA] Club Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Operation in-charge for Gentry Club focusing on upholding service standards, staff performance and customer satisfaction

  • Establish training plan, training manual and SOP for Gentry Club staff

  • Maintain high visibility during service hours to ensure smooth running of operations, promote good PR, take corrective actions and handle customer queries and complaints

  • Build relationship with members, encourage repeat visits and record member profile and preferences for staff training purposes

  • Assist in managing department expenses and ensure profitability according to financial goals set by management

  • Attend management meetings and provide feedback to senior management

  • Direct and organize functions of the club; Liaise with SA and BM to plan promotional activities. Review and submit P&L report for each event

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years solid experience in 5-star hotels or high end private clubs with 5 years at managerial level

  • Energetic, pleasant and passionate about innovative services

  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Strong customer service, telephone, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of creativity to conceptualise and implement new programmes / services

  • Good leadership and excellent interpersonal skills; strong initiatives to interact with members

[K11 MUSEA] Duty Officer / Senior Duty Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the shift-in-charge to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of specific assigned building facilities (including carpark) and management services which include: tenant and customer services, maintenance, cleaning, security, traffic control etc, so as to deliver first class services to all tenants

  • Enforce landlord’s rights and statutory requirements

  • Monitor the performance of contractors together with technical team as and when required

  • Work closely with other internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations, and support to marketing events and company activities

  • Handle complaints, requests and enquiries, issue complaint-handling forms/work orders to respective departments concerned, support marketing activities and continuously strengthen relations with tenants

  • Conduct emergency procedures established by the Company properly

  • Implement company policies in various functions

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the senior

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above with at least 5 years property management experience of which 2 years at supervisory level. Candidates with more experience in supervisory level will be considered as Senior Duty Officer

  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit

  • Good leadership and interpersonal skill

  • Good communications skill

  • Work on shift and call is required

  • Excellent customer service attitude.

  • Can deliver clear instructions

  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and general PC skill

  • Member (or student member) of CIH / HKIH preferred (but not compulsory)

[K11 MUSEA] Customer Service Officer / Senior Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • To station at various posts locations inside K11 Musea and provide high quality service to customers

  • To handle customers’ enquiries & complaints

  • To support and cross sell in mall related activities including all promotions, events, exhibitions, Klub 11 membership program etc.

  • To provide art tour to all internal and external customers, groups and stakeholders in various languages

  • To assist on sales transactions where necessary

  • To collect and flag VOC with customers

  • To conduct other duties assigned by Supervisors

Requirements:

  • Preferably with 1-2 year working experience in customer service, hospitality, membership, retail brand or property management industry, candidates with more experience might be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer

  • Form 5 or above, certificate holder in Hospitality Management, Property Management or related discipline is preferable

  • Customer services oriented with good customer service skills and communication skills

  • Good in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, knowledge of other foreign language is an advantage

  • Good computer skills, especially MS Office, Excel

  • Shift duty (5-day work)

[K11 MUSEA] Membership Executive / Senior Membership Executive

Responsibilities:

  • To handle all necessary tasks relating to the Klub 11 membership program, including member enrolment, points registration, redemption etc.

  • To facilitate and cross sell all promotions / exhibition / events / workshops / products organized by internal and external parties partnering with Klub11 membership program

  • To build good relationship with top tier members and follow up the concerned enquiries / complaints

  • To collect, consolidate and flag VOC from members and follow up if needed

  • To assist on sales transactions where necessary

  • Other duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Preferably with 1-2 year working experience in customer service, hospitality, membership, retail brand or property management industry, candidates with more experience might be considered as Senior Membership Executive

  • Form 5 or above, certificate holder in Hospitality Management, Property Management or related discipline is preferable

  • Customer services oriented with good customer service skills and communication skills

  • Good in Cantonese, English and Mandarin; knowledge of other foreign language is an advantage

  • Good computer skills, especially MS Office, Excel

  • Shift duty (5-day work)

[K11 MUSEA] Sales Ambassador (Luxury/ Beauty/ Sport Fashion/ Lifestyle)

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales goal by providing high quality of service

  • Deliver excellent and professional level of customer service

  • Build client database and maintain customer relationship

  • Conduct cross selling activities relating to events, Klub 11 programs, products and tenant related promotional activities to different customer segments

Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate or above

  • Minimum 2 years of solid experience in retail or customer service industry, candidates with more experience might be considered as Senior Sales Ambassador

  • Energetic, pleasant and passionate about innovative products

  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
