[Janssen] - IT Business Analyst (Contractor)

Responsibility: 

  • Participating on requirement gathering, design, testing and support for Internal system

  • Enhancement and Maintenance for Internal system (CRM, Workflow) and Support Sales Reporting System

  • Assist in planning of new Workflow system and Digital initiative to support business growth

  • Resolve application issues and maintain application service level

  • Facilitate on global / regional IT projects rollout and system implementation

  • Prepare and update procedures manuals, training materials and documentation

  • Provide IT training for new users and support to ad hoc projects / assignments

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above

  • At least two year solid experience is preferred

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Technical skills in Microsoft applications and SQL

  • Analytical and communication skills

  • Independent, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate IT Business Analyst

[Janssen] - Senior Therapeutic Specialist

Purpose of Job: 

Responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to the healthcare professionals with the aim to bring our innovative treatment solution to our patients 

Job Description:

  • Develop strategic plan to achieve sales objectives and other qualitative objectives

  • Manage the call plan for both existing and new customers and manage the assigned territories

  • Make regular visits to identify customers’ needs and provide treatment solution to HCP

  • Analyze ordering pattern & product sales and prepare all the related reports and presentation as required. 

  • Provide customer services to our HCP

  • Collaborates with other departments to achieve company objectives

  • Provide accurate sales forecast

  • Relay market insight to management.

  • Comply with Integrity and compliance standard

Requirement: 

  • Bachelor Degree or above

  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in selling in the healthcare industry for Senior Therapeutic Specialist

  • Less experience would be consider as Therapeutic Specialist

  • Demonstrate effective communication skills

[Consumer] - Assistant Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Key Accounts daily sales order follow up

  • Assist in Key Accounts in-store promotion execution

  • Responsible for updating Key Accounts database and generating sales report

  • Prepare documents for execution of sales activities

  • Assist Sales Supervisors for the management of Key Accounts

  • Co-ordinate with customers supply chain on orders / delivery issues;

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company

  • Candidate with supermarket channel management experience is a plus.

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as senior or Key Account Executive

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / University Graduate

  • 3 year working experience preferably

  • Good command of spoken and written English

  • Good computer knowledge [Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint is an advantage]

  • Good communication Skills

  • Self-motivated and a good team player
