[J&J Vision] - Customer Development Manager



  • Manages Sales performance and product portfolio of assigned accounts

  • Delivers against Key Call objectives (mainly in outdoor works)

  • Submits territory and cycle plan reports that include qualitative and quantitative information on relevant customer and market issues

  • Build strong relationships with accounts to develop the ongoing business

  • Installs and provides follow-up of marketing and trade marketing support programs in selected accounts

  • Might be involved in cross-functional projects

  • Follow credo and HCC principles in day to day execution



  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • At least 3 years' sales experience is preferable( less experience will be considered)

  • Willing to work at outdoor, be proactive, good team player, responsible & innovative with strong commitment to drive good business result

  • Excellent communication and presentation skill in both English and Chinese

[Medical Devices] - Product Manager

Overall purpose of job:

  • This position is responsible for the market analysis, development, execution, and management of product marketing plan.


Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Work with regional marketing team to plan and execute product development and growth strategies

  • Lead new product launch

  • Assist in long range plan for business expansion and development

  • Support and guide sales team members on sales objectives, marketing projects and relevant clinical knowledge.

  • Leads and organize medical conventions, clinical workshops, seminars and in-service sessions.

  • Assist in the marketing and CAPEX expense control

  • Comply with Integrity and compliance standards

  • Be able to work under pressure and flexible working hours.



  • Bachelor Degree or above, preferably with MBA or Master in Marketing.

  • 7+ years of experience in product and/or clinical marketing in multinational healthcare / medical device company with proven track record.

  • Science, nursing or other medical-related fields is preferred

[Consumer] - Assistant Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Key Accounts daily sales order follow up

  • Assist in Key Accounts in-store promotion execution

  • Responsible for updating Key Accounts database and generating sales report

  • Prepare documents for execution of sales activities

  • Assist Sales Supervisors for the management of Key Accounts

  • Co-ordinate with customers supply chain on orders / delivery issues;

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company

  • Candidate with supermarket channel management experience is a plus.

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as senior or Key Account Executive

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / University Graduate

  • 3 year working experience preferably

  • Good command of spoken and written English

  • Good computer knowledge [Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint is an advantage]

  • Good communication Skills
