New Business Executive (RE-AT)

What you will do

  • This person will join the sales team for global retailers’ solution in Hong Kong. She/he will help to develop new business opportunities, secure qualified sales appointments and build a network of industry contacts and influencers to act as a source for leads to meet and exceed customer requirements as well as to and attain or exceed company growth objectives.

How you will do it

  • As a New Business Executive you need to understand the full depth and breadth of Tyco Retail capabilities and offerings (products, services, etc.), to provide pipeline, forecast and additional reports to management to develop and manage the entire sales cycle for “Net New Business” opportunities, including but not limited to: identify, nurture, develop, purpose, close and transition to the new account owner within the business unit.

What we look for

  • Higher Diploma of any discipline or equivalent experience and training
  • Minimum 2 Years outside sales experience
  • Passionate about retail sales business
  • Proven top producer with the Retail business industry

Preferred

  • Skilled consultative and collaborative seller
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
  • Flexibility and adaptability is critical

 

Senior/ Sales Engineer – HVAC/ BMS project (RE-VW)

What you will do

  • As a Senior/ Sales Engineer, your primary objective is to acquire new clients and retain existing key clients for Hong Kong Commercial Buildings & Integrated Solutions Service Team to support the long-term, growth-oriented sales strategy. In executing the role, you are required to grow and maintain deep relationships with clients and manage the process end-to-end, ensuring that relationships continue to strengthen and generating sustainable revenue from current key clients. You will also need develop and establish new business relationships with prospective customers and key influencers and deliver engineering solution to new clients.

How you will do it

  • Promote our service offerings to new and existing customers
  • Prepare and submit all new / existing Planned Service Agreements to customers
  • Maintain good relationship with customers
  • Ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of customer and meet the agreed statement and quality standard
  • Lead in preparing maintenance and retrofit proposal and tender
  • Meet the assigned sales target and business objectives

What we look for

  • Higher Diploma holder or above, preferably in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years sales or relevant experience, exposure in building services or engineering related industry is an advantage

Preferred

  • Effective interpersonal, presentation and selling skills
  • Good problem solving techniques, organizing and planning ability
  • Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Independent, aggressive and able to work under minimum supervision

 

Senior/ System Project Engineer – BMS/ ELV/ Fire (RE-WO)

What you will do

  • Under general direction, acts as the project coordinator to plan, execute, and complete BMS/ELV/Fire systems projects with assigned customers. Performs or delegates tasks as required to execute and fully complete assigned projects including: hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning and project closeout. Maintains an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results. Coordinates communication with the customer during all phases of the project.

How you will do it

  • Provide technical support in BMS/ELV/Fire installation project on new buildings
  • Coordinate relevant project execution and monitor project progress to ensure smooth operation
  • Perform site coordination work with the consultant, architect, subcontractors, owner and customer
  • Prepare the equipment specification and product CAD drawings
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers

What we look for

  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in BMS / ELV / Fire project execution

Preferred

  • Familiar with AutoCAD and general MS Office applications
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Good communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Good sense of customer service
  • Independent and able to work under minimum supervision

 

Senior Accountant, APAC (6 months’ contract) (RE-AT)

What you will do

  • This person will join the finance team in Hong Kong. She/he will report directly to the APAC Finance Director. Work closely with APAC Finance Director and shared services team located in HK, Singapore and Australia on financial related processes, including AP, AR, GL and FA for Asia Pacific countries covering Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and Australia.

How you will do it

  • As a Senior Accountant you are responsible for APAC billing process, ensure billing is performed on a timely basis and per financial deadline. Review documents provided by sales and implementation team to ensure all billing request received meet the billing requirement and assist in rolling out standard operating procedures defined by management among ShopperTrak APAC operations. Managed stock take and associated reconciliation. Coordinate for vendor payment process and follow up with shared services team on long outstanding vendor payments. Ensure company standard payment term and processes are adhered. Work closely with regional sales team and local sales personnel in HK and China on various financial related matters, including AR aging and prepare monthly end required reporting for APAC.

What we look for

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Regional exposure in APAC, with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent spreadsheet and IT skills
  • Experience in APAC billing process in a complex MNC, or of the statutory audit of such organizations

Preferred

  • Excellent awareness of current technical accounting and reporting requirements under both IFRS and US GAAP, and the ability to apply these requirements in a pragmatic and commercial manner
  • Ability to plan and manage own workload in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to use initiative and creative thinking to anticipate issues and develop common sense, practical solutions
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Confident and flexible team player; and
  • Familiar in Hyerion reporting
  • Immediate available
