IT Program Manager

What you will do

Owns all aspects of Project, Program and Portfolio delivery in support the assigned business units, functions or specified operational areas.  This role will be responsible for leading major strategic projects or programs, and multiple mid/small projects, by directing project resource in support of all aspects of their assigned area(s) of projects/programs, including management responsibility and overall accountability and delivery ownership of the Portfolio of Projects.

Monitors and reports on overall status of projects.   Guides and trains project team and the overall organization in the use of the PMO methodology, best practices, and tools. Provide coaching and mentoring to individual Project Managers in an effort to drive maturity of the overall EPMO. S/he will have responsibility for managing contract PM resources and balancing the staffing between FTEs and contractors.

How you will do it

Responsible for managing overall planning, execution, and delivery of programs, including

  • Directing work/projects, controlling cost/schedule elements, management of resources, communications management, reporting, and change management.

  • Being responsible for fiscal year planning related to programs.

  • Delivering programs on schedule, budget, and in accordance to the specification.

  • Developing Requests for Proposals (RFP) for external services.

  • Initiating, planning, executing and closing all program deliverables as committed.

  • Responsible for full life-cycle of programs from initiation to completion.

  • Establish, maintain and explain the program methodology, procedures and policies, consistently within the Enterprise PMO rules and guidelines.

  • Support the vendor selection and management process (scope, plan and milestone definition, operational issues, deliverable & milestone approval, quality control, etc.). Manage vendor administration (SOW activation, PCRs authorization, invoice approval).

  • Drive program planning and control from an operational point of view (activity, milestones and resource planning), with a special focus on core activities and global plan consolidation.

  • Apply relevant project standards to build project management frameworks for all projects within program.

  • Monitor the progress of program components to ensure the overall goals, schedules, budget, and benefits of the program will be achieved.

  • Ensure that projects are organized and executed in a consistent manner within established corporate standards and tools.

  • Develop robust project risk management plans to ensure timely delivery, testing and commissioning of all projects with no impact to business continuity.

  • Fully responsible for program delivery and success.

  • Provide project startup and rescue service.

Responsible for building and leading effective project teams including:

  • Using problem-solving/critical thinking skills, and independent thinking to overcome challenges

  • Communication to project team members, key stakeholders and sponsor

  • Adapting to cultural and organizational climates across global team

  • Manage individual work styles and development of project staff

  • Serve as primary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives within a highly matrix environment.

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Advance degree or MBA preferred.

  • 8-12 Years Program Management experience in a large multi-national organization is required.

  • 3-5 years supervisory experience overseeing large scale projects, global teams, project managers, application leads.

  • Project Management Accreditation (APMP, PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent) is a must.

  • Passion for leading teams and implementing change.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to all level of stakeholders.

  • Cultural adaptability, virtual and remote team management ability.

Preferred

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery is a plus.

  • Strong problem solving, decision making, issue analysis and resolution skills.

IT Solution Lead - Service

What you will do

This role will be part of a dynamic global team with full responsibility to provide IT Solutioning in order to support the growth of our Service Operation and Business in Asia.
It offers a successful candidate an opportunity to be at the forefront of helping to define and shape our organizations current drive to standardize and simplify the Service applications landscape and drive towards customer centricity.
This position will report into the Global Services and Install Delivery leadership team.

How you will do it

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business management field, or equivalent combination of education, training & experience

  • Understand business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state), and determine corresponding regional/enterprise system impacts and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes.

  • Deliver and lead service solutions with ERP integrations across a group of specific business applications or technologies in Asia, based on business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements

  • Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.

  • Accountable for the global alignment on solution architectural design and application landscape in the region

  • Manage and develop the solution architecture for a broader scope of projects

  • Responsible for the evaluation and selection of software product, as well as the design of software configurations.

  • Accountable for Build, Test & deploy across Service Portfolios – Ensure projects delivered to Time/ Cost & Scope

  • Perform hands-on solution design, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and lead development tasks as required in projects

  • Responsible to ensure the solution delivery is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture. Responsible for engagement with Enterprise Architecture team for validation of solution proposal

  • Own integration, application and infrastructure impact analysis to fit systems across countries/regions. Identify the need to modify projects to accommodate the solutions architecture

  • Provide necessary support for Business Partner on IT Demand & Run team on Application Governance model

What we look for

Required

  • Extensive experience defining and delivering enterprise solutions.

  • Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, Cloud Applications and Service industry reference architecture

  • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in defining and delivering enterprise/regional applications design, development, deployment and integration, with minimum of 5 years working as a solution Architect in mid to large sized organization with demonstrated leadership driving technology and architectural transformation in a matrixed organization

  • Strong technical skills in defining and delivering enterprise applications on platforms like Salesforce, Heroku, Mulesoft, MS Dynamic, Oracle Services, ServiceNow, ServiceMax or other equivalent applications in Field Service Industry

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business management field, or equivalent combination of education, training & experience

  • A real passion for transforming businesses through technology

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

  • Proven ability to rapidly learn new technologies

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop and deliver materials that are appropriate for the audience.

  • Experience with Agile implementation methodologies.

  • Travel of up to 25%, but can be higher or lower based on business and project needs.

What you will do
You will join the Product & Distribution team and will take responsibility for selling Chillers and related products, developing new Channel partners in the market as well as building good relationship with them.

How you will do it

  • Meet goals with profitability to ensure effective and profitable revenue stream to Chillers and related products

  • Develop critical strategies and setting direction on key projects, participate in monthly order/sales review

  • Prepare and submit quotation/tender documents, such as drawings, catalogues and specifications based on the customer’s requirement.

  • Follow up with supporting team/factory about delivery schedule, technical clarification and documentation

  • Provide timely quotations and present value added solutions to meet customer/appointed dealers requirement
