Part-time Customer Services Assistant (TRC) (HK$82 per hour)

You will:

  • assist the Marketing Team to execute Members’ events during racedays and non-racedays e.g. escort Members and their guests, taking photos and attendance, distributing souvenirs etc.

  • work closely under instruction from Marketing Team to ensure a smooth flow of events and minimise error

  • work for non-office working hours and Public Holidays at both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses. Working hours will be notified per job

You should have:

  • qualification of Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination or above with 5 subjects passed

  • relevant working experience in Customer Service would be an advantage

  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.

  • responsible, punctual and able to work independently

  • an out-going personality and high team spirit to work with others effectively

  • be customer-centric, self-motivated and attention to details and logistics

  • a professional manner on handling confidential information

Senior Audit Manager

You will:

  • Support in the overall coordination and management of all audit and administrative activities relevant to the assigned audit portfolio

  • Support in the risk based annual audit planning (AAP) exercise and the preparation/completion of the Audit Plan pertaining to the audit portfolio

  • Perform assigned operations or project audits within the designated audit portfolio and ensure proper discharge of Audit’s mandate in line with the Audit Plan

  • Advise and collaborate with business management to identify opportunities/options in addressing risk and control issues with the objective to improve systems of internal controls

  • Lead the ongoing improvement of the audit methodology to ensure effective and consistent audit assurance, alignment with the Club’s management activity and industry best practices

  • Motivate, coach and develop Audit staff to raise their proficiencies on internal audits, and cultivate and nurture the required competencies, as well as suggest better ways to achieve relevant Audit’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Support the review and updating of audit standards and guidelines

You should have:

  • University degree with relevant professional qualification(s) such as CIA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, PMP etc

  • Minimum of 10 - 12 years’ experience in internal auditing, or a combination of external auditing and operational risk management, relevant to IT in major or multinational corporations

  • Experience providing Auditing or other services to Charitable or Community organisations / Property / Membership would be beneficial but is not essential

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills

  • Excellent people and relationship management skills in leading and interacting with management and staff within and outside the Department

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent activities and work under pressure

Marketing Officer (Owner and Member)

You will:

  • assist the CRM Team in planning and implementing marketing activities

  • coordinate marketing programs to ensure quality deliverables in terms of accuracy, message communication and operation efficiency

  • provide logistic and fulfillment supports for marketing programs

  • perform day-to-day work tasks with quality coordination among different stakeholders (Customer Care, Membership Hotline, IT, Racecourse Customer Service Operations, etc.)

  • support raceday operations of tailor-made programs for targeted customers, and participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

You should have:

  • a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related discipline

  • at least one year experience in marketing or related field with solid exposure in marketing operations

  • good teamwork approach,detailed-mind and capability to follow-through on execution in an efficient and independent manner

  • willingness to learn, proactive, can-do spirit and positive working attitude

  • good command of English and Chinese and communication skills

  • to occasionally work on racedays at Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourse when required

Senior Administration Officer (Senior Membership Services Officer)

You will be responsible for:

  • implementing the processes of maintaining and updating Members and their immediate families’ personal record focusing on data integrity and documentation management

  • upholding the status and privileges of Member and eligible users applicable to their respective types and categories in compliance with the Club’s standards and rules

  • managing communication and written correspondence with Members regarding their requests for change of record and status

  • collaborating with internal teams to reconcile monthly membership subscription and related fees

  • assisting in supervising a team of  part-time staff in daily administrative duties

You should have:

  • a university degree in Business Studies or related disciplines with  a minimum  5 years of relevant experience

  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an asset

  • proactive and positive mindset; be outspoken and energetic

  • hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications

Contract Administration Officer (Membership Services Officer, Customer Support)

You will be responsible for: 

  • Processing the receipt of all Members’ incoming updates in regard to change of personal record & membership status;

  • Handling telephone enquiries from internal staff & Club Members;

  • Monitoring booking of conference rooms;

  • Distributing internal mail and organizing courier service;

  • Stock management of office stationery supplies;

  • Other ad hoc administrative duties of the Membership Services Department as assigned

You should have: 

  • a university degree in Business Studies, Office Administration or related disciplines with minimum 1 year of relevant experience

  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an asset

  • proactive and positive mindset; be outspoken and energetic

  • hands on experience with Microsoft Office applications
