Analyst - Capital Markets, Greater China

What this job involves:

  • Assist in the development of Capital Markets business in Hong Kong and China including strategic advice, acquisition and disposal assignments

  • Prepare proposals, financial analysis, reports and presentations

  • Provide graphical support for pitching proposals and marketing materials

  • Provide administrative support for the team

Recruitment Specialist (Interior Design)

What this job involves:

  • Handle recruitment activities mainly for project management and interior design sector and other real estate functions 

  • Develop and maintain relationships of key stakeholders that will contribute to the successful delivery of recruitment support to business

  • Support to design and deliver innovative talent sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth and needs

  • Explore and evaluate cost-effective recruitment channels and platforms to establish diverse pool of candidates

  • Develop and manage external/internal job positing platforms to effectively reach the market talent and promote JLL people brand

  • Build up, maintain and update candidate database for external talent pool;

  • University graduate, with minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, track record of candidate sourcing and recruitment channel development

  • A strong client service orientation with the ability to create impact and build rapport quickly

  • A good team player and good communicator

  • Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the telephone console, receive and divert incoming calls

  • Receive, greet, guide visitors including co-ordination with employees

  • Responsible for maintaining telephone registers

  • Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the front office/ reception area – clean and presentable at all times

  • Administer meeting and conference room bookings

  • Distribute of internal and external mails throughout the office and coordinate with courier companies to handle outbound mails and parcels

  • Monitoring and ensure pantries and mailroom are clean and tidy

  • Maintain records for office supplies and services order expenses and assist in invoice processing

  • Co-ordinate the printing of business cards

  • Responsible for ensuring availability of magazines/ brochures and directory signage

  • Provide a Helpdesk service, maintain Helpdesk Tracker and escalate calls to the Facilities Manager depending on urgency

  • Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by

  • Co-ordinate and assist with local office events

  • Contribute information of inclusion in the Monthly Report submitted to

  • Utilize the systems of to effectively manage contractors and report on their performance

  • Ensure compliance of regulations / requirements of management


  • Diploma or above with relevant experience

  • Certificate in Secretarial, Business Studies, or equivalent

  • Computer literacy is a definite pre-requisite

  • Good command of English and Chinese

Tenancy Officer / Facilities Officer

Duties and responsibilities:

  • General administration and communication with tenants

  • Liaise and facilitate tenants for fitting out and reinstatement works

  • Monitor and review the tenancy records

  • Liaise with landlord and assist tenant for marching in / marching out of premises

  • Coordinate with tenants for business activities and licensing requirements

  • Implement tenancy agreement and handle tenants’ enquiries


  • Diploma or above

  • 3 years working experience in Property Management / Leasing / Customer Service / or related discipline preferred

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Strong customer liaison, communication and leadership skills

  • Responsible, well-organized and self-initiated

  • Hands-on experience of using MS Office applications
