Company has various tourism and real estate businesses and the businesses are over Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines, China, Cambodia and Australia. Due to cope with our rapid tourism business expansion, we have the following vacancy and looking for a high caliber personnel to join our team.

Operations Manager - Travel (5-day week)

Job Duties:

  • Be responsible for the overall management and performance of multiple operations including ticketing and team performance, VIP servicing, employee management and cost management.

  • Ensure operational tasks are met company goal.

  • Collaborate with regional business development teams to develop tourism products.

  • Handle ad hoc tasks and admin tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior managerial experience of 3 years or above;

  • Diploma holder or above;

  • Knowledge of the travel industry, fares and markets;

  • Ability to travel on request;

  • Good organizing, communication, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills;

  • Proactive, self-motivated, independent, attentive to detail and work under pressure;

  • Fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua;

  • Familiar with PC operations including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Customer Service / Travel Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily operation

  • Handle tickets and hotels reservation

  • Handle customer enquiries

  • Shift duty is required (6 days off per month)

  • Full time/Part time

  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Good command of spoken English and Putonghua is preferable
