Event Executive – MICE Department

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and organizing tour/ meeting event projects held overseas.

  • Provide full range service to clients, including pre-event coordination and post-event follow up;

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, suppliers and clients;

  • Negotiate with suppliers for competitive rates

Requirements:

  • Post secondary / Degree graduate, preferably in M.I.C.E. industry.

  • With at least 2 years solid experience in outbound travel trade / event management / production house

  • Proficient in MS office applications and Chinese Word processing

  • Meticulous and good with numbers;

  • Excellent logistics arrangement and administrative skills;

  • Outgoing, good time management, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua preferred

  • Willing to travel with short notice

Operation Co-ordinator – Operation Department

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with land operator, airlines or any vendors on bookings;

  • Answer and handle all incoming enquiries and bookings

  • To handle ad hoc project as assigned by Manager

  • Knowledge of ticketing related matters

Requirements:

  • Holder of HKCEE / HKDSE or above with 1 year's relevant experience in tourism 

  • With Travel related certificate and knowledge is an advantage

  • Proficient in MS office applications and Chinese Word processing

Senior Travel Consultant / Travel Consultant – Leisure Travel

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide travel advice on air tickets, hotels, package, cruise and other travel relates issues;

  • Solicit and retain clients with professional customer service skills

Requirements:

  • Completion of F.5 / DSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline;

  • At least 5 years’ related experience in serving leisure accounts;

  • Air Fare knowledge, and hands-on reservation and ticketing skills (Galileo) with good PC literacy;

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably Putonghua);

  • Good communication and customer service skills;

  • Candidates of good calibre but less experience will be considered for the position of Travel Consultant

Product Co-ordinator – Leisure Travel

Responsibilities:

  • Update hotel rate and destination information

  • Responsible for product development

  • Product creation including costing & flyer production

  • Explore new market and potential product

  • Communicate with suppliers for product development and enhancement

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE Graduate or above with at least 1 years travel industry experience

  • Proficiency in spoken & written English and Chinese, preferably in Mandarin

  • Good communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers

  • PC skill including GDS, MS Office and Chinese Input, Photoshop will be advantage

  • Independent, able to work under pressure and might meet tight deadlines

Tour Planner (Business Development)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning tour itinerary (Long haul / Cruises), contacting local & overseas suppliers, car rental, hotels, etc.

  • To handle ad hoc project as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Tourism Management is an advantage

  • With 1 years working experience preferably in Travel industry

  • Must fluent in written/spoken English & Chinese, Mandarin preferred

  • Proficiency in PC skill including MS Office & Chinese Input

Ticketing Supervisor / Assistant Ticketing Manager - Leisure Travel

Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for providing general clerical services and document support to the section

  • To handle ticketing related matters and follow up of all ticketing issuance (reissue, quotation, refund, etc)

  • To perform any other duties as assigned by manager

  • Online and Offline OTA support

  • Shift duty is required

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Tourism related field

  • Preferably 8 years working experience in a travel agents/ Over 2 years experience will be considered as Ticketing Supervisor

  • Knowledge in 4 GDS system is an advantage

  • Well in both spoken and written English, Chinese & preferable Mandarin

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Good communication skills with people

  • Mature, hardworking, independent, reliable and willing to accept challenge

Planning Assistant – Planning Department

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Tourism Management is an advantage

  • Must fluent in written/spoken English & Chinese, Mandarin preferred

  • Proficiency in PC skill including MS Office & Chinese Input

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.

Project Co-ordinator (Overseas Education)

Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in MS office applications, word, excel, Chinese word processing & powerpoint; Athena & group operation experience will be advantage

  • Outgoing, good time management, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua preferred;

  • Knowledge in use of Galileo, Amadeus, or Abacus preferred;

  • Willing to learn and take responsibility, self-motivate, independent and able to under pressure & to meet multiple deadlines

  • Immediately available is preferred
