Personal Care Worker (護理員) (PCW )

Administrative Assistant / Clerk
HKCEE/HKDSE or above qualification with at least 1-year administrative working experience
Strong knowledge in IT/computer incl.MS application, IT network & PC etc.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsible for all clerical & administrative work including centre's maintenance work , procurement, inventory management and IT user support etc.
Handle all accounting related work including reporting, petty cash, AR and AP processing and assist in HR related work such as employee attendance, staff recruitment etc.
Programme Worker (PW) / Clerk
HKCEE/HKDSE or above qualification with at least 2-year experience in administrative support
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing, Good command of spoken English and Cantonese is essential
Handle all clerical and project administrative work including handling phone call/inquires, data entry, mailing database management etc
Coordinating visits and trainings, assist in training and public events etc.
Assistant Social Work Officer (ASWO/RSW) (Project / Service Team)
At least 2 years post-graduation working experience in elderly service sector and no less than 1-year working for people with dementia and their caregiver.
Self-motivated, mature & work independent, Good communication, organizational & administrative skills. Knowledge of IT is an advantage.
For Project Team's work:
Assist Project Manager to organize a 36-month community-wide public education campaign aims at mobilizing the community to get more aware of the getting lost issue in dementia context and developing technology to facilitate location search in case of getting lost etc.
Develop protocol and materials for education, deliver talks to different sectors and liaise with various organizations and working partners on the project etc.
For Service Team Work:
To assess and coordinate the needs of dementia sufferers and provide high standard of skilled holistic care to them and their families for maximizing their capabilities and well-being etc.
To be responsible for leading a team to deliver a tailor-made program/training to client with dementia etc.
