NETWORK TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (REF.: 10303616F)

Responsibilities:

  • Work as Technical Consultant, responsible for network infrastructure support to our Managed Services customer;
  • Familiar with Managed Services best practice (e.g. ITIL, ISO20000) and defined processes and work in collaboration with customer and other teams on daily network support operations;
  • Provide technical advices on network solutions during presales and post-sales stages;
  • Assist Project Manager for new network projects implementation.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with over 3 years in relevant IT infrastructure roles;
  • Networking experiences on Cisco Routers/Switches, Firewall, and other networking equipment (e.g. Load Balancer, IPS/IDS);
  • Professional qualification on networking (such as CCNP, CCNA);
  • Good problem management skills, including root-cause analysis;
  • Self-driven, good communication skill, result-oriented and can work under pressure;
  • Previous working experience in Service Provider is highly preferred;
  • Applicant with less working experiences / qualifications will be considered as the position of Associate Technical Consultant.
     

PRESALES CONSULTANT (ENTERPRISE SECURITY) (REF.: 10003110)

As part of the Enterprise Security Team you are responsible for:

  • Provide POC on holistic security solution to the customer;
  • Provision security solution in the customer site;
  • Communicate with Vendors on technical support issues;
  • Conduct User Acceptance Tests and prepare project documentation, test plan and technical briefing to Customer;
  • Provide support service to the customer.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with 3 years related working experience in security solution;
  • Hands-on experience in solutioning on security/network application;
  • Technical knowledge in one or more of below areas will be considered: Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco, McAfee, Symantec, etc/;
  • Vendor certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISA,CCNP - Security) are advantages;

TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (IT INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS) (REF.: 10303613A)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver IT infrastructure solutions including Microsoft solutions, Server and Desktop virtualization, Enterprise backup solutions, etc.
  • Installation of server, network and storage equipment
  • Propose delivery plan and compile post implementation documents

Requirements:

  • 3+ years working experience in implementation of IT infrastructure projects
  • Diploma in Computer Science /Engineering or equivalent or above
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Hands on experience with virtualization and backup solutions is a MUST

As part of the Support Team, you are responsible for:

  • Provide on-site desktop services and consulting service to SME account;
  • Provide Server support service including server software troubleshoot;
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issue, i.e. device configuration, IP addressing, and direct TCP/IP output.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in IT or related discipline;
  • 2+ years of related work experience;

  • Chasing overdue invoices within agreed timescales;

  • Provide daily IT helpdesk support services to the users including hardware, software, system and related issues

  • First-tier network support and troubleshooting, such as switch port re-configuration on network equipment

  • Responsible for IT projects such as office relocation and system upgrade and migration

As part of the IT Infrastructures Solution Team, you are responsible for:

  • Work closely with the sales team to identify business opportunities;
  • Participate in pre-sales activities to provide advisory to assist sales team in generating revenue;

  • Provide IT Technical support and deliver IT services to customers;

  • Follow IT operations best practices in Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.

Requirements:

  • Function as consultant on UNIX/Linux and database solutions to provide advice during presales and post-sales stages;
  • Act as Project Manager for new UNIX/Linux project implementation.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with over 6 years in relevant IT infrastructure roles;
  • UNIX (preferable in AIX), Linux system, Oracle database, JBOSS administration and support experiences;
  • Professional qualification on IBM pSeries, LPIC-2 or OCP is preferred;
  • Good problem management skills, including root-cause analysis;
  • Proven project management experiences;
  • Self-driven, good communication skill, result-oriented and can work under pressure;
  • Previous working experience in Service Provider is highly preferred;
