ACCOUNT MANAGER (Ref. No.: 10001226B)

As part of the Sales & Account Management team, you are responsible for:

  • To formulate sales strategy and plans to increase account penetration, customer satisfaction and revenue growth;

  • To sell and promote our world class BIG DATA, CLOUD, ENTERPRISE APPLICATION AND ENTERPRISE SECURITY solutions to corporate / commercial clients;

  • To lead the pre-sales team and support team from developing opportunities to closing solution deal

  • To achieve assigned sales target;

  • To establish and maintain excellent relationship with potential and existing clients.


  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline preferred;

  • at least 1 year sales & marketing experience in Information Technology;

  • Solution selling skills on infrastructure, application and services in an integration to address customer's business and IT requirements;

  • Good communication and presentation skills;

  • Proactive, aggressive and independent;

  • Good command of English and Chinese.


Job Description:

  • Responsible for category management in office & stationery supply;

  • Responsible for maintaining and strengthening the partnership with strategic vendors and conducting supplier evaluation;

  • Involved in the planning and monitoring product assortment, stock management and pricing strategy with the aim to maximize sales and profits to meet organization goals & objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in business or related disciplines;

  • 3 year working experience, preferably in office & stationery supply industry;

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;

  • Proficient in MS Excel, word and PowerPoint;

  • Good command of English and Cantonese.


To be stationed in Macau, you will:

  • Responsible for the overall infrastructure type pre-sales activities and project management

  • Work closely with the sales team to identify business opportunities

  • Work closely with the clients to understand their technical needs and devise effective solutions to meet the clients requirements

  • Present solution, conduct demonstration to the clients alongside the sales team

  • Prepare tender and proposal to pitch for business

  • Work closely with the project delivery team to ensure infrastructure being delivered on time, to specification and within budget

  • Manage the entire project life cycle, including budgeting, project planning, resourcing, execution, progress reporting, delivery and client expectation management

  • Manage project communication, client meetings, change and risk control efficiently and provide ongoing support to clients after implementation

  • Working Location: Macau

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;

  • PMP is preferable

  • 3 years of experiences in IT Infrastructure with good knowledge in servers and storage

  • Experience in handling IT projects is desirable

  • Strong technology background combined with an ability to present technical concepts to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand;

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation and proposal writing skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese


To be stationed in Macau, you will:

  • Provide IT Technical support and deliver ongoing IT services to clients

  • Interact with clients to identify business needs and technical requirements and design and / or propose appropriate solutions and delivery plan

  • Collaborate with clients, vendor, internal teams and business partners for the business proposal, presentation & demo, project implementation and support.

  • Provide technical consultation supports to internal teams and clients

  • Manage the entire project life cycle, including budgeting, project planning, resourcing, execution, progress reporting, delivery and client expectation management

  • Keep tracking the progress of projects and attending to project issues and up-keeping customer satisfaction proactively

  • Working location: Macau

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in Computer Science or Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.  Experience in pre-sales activities is preferred

  • Microsoft/VMware/Symantec/Linux/Cloud/Big data knowledge is preferred

  • Demonstrated ability in providing presales and customer services

  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and consultative skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Good team player to collaborate with other functional experts

  • Supervisory experience is preferred

  • Good communication skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

PRODUCT EXECUTIVE (Ref. No.: 10001626A)

Job Description:

  • Perform customer relationship management, identify the needs and work with sales on price quote from vendors including hardware & software product lines

  • Conduct regular product and inventory review to ensure customer's satisfaction on our product and services

  • Liaise and work closely with various stakeholders (e.g. sales, presales & delivery, supply chain etc.) for product on-boarding and the growth of the business

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in any disciplines

  • 2 years experience in related fields

  • Diligent and well organized

  • Good communication and customer relationship management skills

  • Good in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
