Merchandising Clerk (Garment Accessories: Trims and Heat Transfer)

  • F. 5 or above

  • With 1 year of working experience

  • Data entry, follow up orders, contact suppliers and customers

  • Hardworking, self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Immediate availability is preferred

  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply

Quality Assurance Manager (Garment Accessories: Trims and Heat Transfer)

  • Good negotiation power and smart in decision.

  • Lead & coordinate internal activities as per requirements.

  • Monitor the quality performance by regular trend & complaints analysis.

  • Investigate and handle customers’ complaints related to quality issues.

  • Carry out corrective action in case of any deviations.

  • Participate the technical support and training to production staff.

  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

  • Willing to travel to China and Oversea to look after suppliers and factories to ensure their quality control.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.

  • Self-motivated, independent, well-organized, strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Sales Co-ordinator (Garment Accessories: Trims and Heat Transfer)

Job Duties:

  • To work closely with the respective sales person to maintain and develop a high standard of customer service to customers

  • To coordinate with sales person from initial enquiry stage to order placement, which includes responsibilities to sourcing / product development / sampling / order processing / planning and scheduling production

  • Handle and communicate with local and overseas clients over email

Requirements:

  • F. 5 or above

  • With 2 years of working experience (with experience in the field of garment accessories preferred, but not a must)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Hardworking, self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn

  • Attention to detail is extremely important

  • Proficient in PC application, especially MS Excel to assist in data analysis

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply

Marketing Executive (Garment Accessories: Trims and Heat Transfer)

  • F. 7 or above with 2 years working experiences.

  • Working with overseas vendors / customers closely in product development, attend exhibition.

  • Communicate with customers by phone, e-mail and occasional visit.

  • Responsible for full range of sales and marketing activities including quotation, order follow up.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese.

  • Good presentation skill.
