Building Engineer/ Assistant Building Engineer (Job Ref: ADV/19/148)


  • Assist the technical team to handle owner’s/ tenant’s requests on technical related services

  • Conducting routine inspection and preparing inspection reports

  • Assisting preparation of tender documents for the repair, maintenance and replacement services

  • Supervising repair and maintenance works of subcontractors

  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Studies/ Building Service Engineering/ Building Surveying/ Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent

  • With Professional Chartered Surveyor Qualification

  • Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A/B or above is preferred but not a must

  • Preferable 3 years’ relevant experience with engineering position in Property Management/Maintenance Contractor’s field and/or in related to Building or E&M repair works

  • (Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate from university will be considered for the post of ASSISTANT BUILDING ENGINEER)

Technical Manager/ Assistant Technical Manager (Job Ref: ADV/19/149)


  • Lead and manage a team of professional/ technical staff to discharge the repair and planned maintenance duties for our managed properties

  • Oversee/ carry out project management duties for renovations, project works and consultants management

  • Manage client’s requests on technical related services and participation of regular & ad hoc meetings

  • Facilitate technical specifications and requirements for all the self-performing maintenance and improvement works

  • Provide technical review/ analysis/ recommendation on green and energy efficiency initiatives and technologies

  • Carry out regular review and administrative duties of the procurement strategies and process

  • Participate in business development and new business initiatives


  • Bachelor Degree or above in Building Studies, Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines

  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience with not less than 2 years of supervisory level

  • Corporate Member of HKIS/RICS/HKICM/MCIOB/CEng MCIBSE, registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A/B) or recognized Environmental Officer certificate is an advantage

  • Mature, self-motivated, presentable and excellent communication skill

  • Conversant with statutory regulations and requirements in Hong Kong

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Immediately available is preferred

Senior Property Officer / Property Officer (Job Ref: ADV/19/150)


  • Handle day-to-day property operations

  • Assist in property management

  • Maintain excellent rapport with residents

  • Handle service requests and complaints and follow up on progress


  • Degree or Higher Diploma holder preferably in Property / Estate Management or related discipline

  • At least 2 years’ experience in portfolio management / on-site property management

  • Proficient in both written & spoken English & Chinese with good communications & interpersonal skills

  • Confident and presentable

  • Immediately available is preferred

Officer, HSE and Operation Support (Job Ref: ADV/19/153)


  • Assist in planning, organizing & monitoring of the operations safety issue

  • Conduct onsite inspections/ investigations and prepare improvement action plan

  • Arrange internal meeting to review action plan

  • Deliver safety guidelines to operations teams

  • Prepare monthly report for management review

  • Attend operations meeting if required

  • To carry out other duties as assigned


  • Secondary or above

  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in cleaning/ HSE/ commercial environment

  • Proficient in both written & spoken English & Chinese

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

  • Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, attentive to details and willing to learn
