Key Account Manager (Softlines)

The Job:

  • Provide responsive services and maintain strong relationship with key clients in order to achieve sales target

  • Review business performance to identify risk and opportunity

  • Manage and coordinate in marketing development activities including client visits, develop customer base, and other related promotion activities such as running seminars and arranging exhibitions

The Person:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / textile related discipline is preferable

  • Possesses at least 6 years’ solid experience in sales or key account servicing, previous exposure gained in testing industry or garment trading is an absolute advantage

  • Demonstrates strong communication and diplomatic skills to establish good relationship with both internal and external clients

  • Aggressive, self-motivated and energetic person

  • Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese

Business Project Manager

The Job:

  • Manage all aspects of the project, including monitoring scope, milestones, dependencies, costs, and benefits through lifecycle

  • Develop project budgets and maintain forecasts

  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver of solutions and operations for clients

  • Work with technical and business development team in determining the best fit solution to our client's needs

  • Ensures projects follow all company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards

  • Drive projects through project governance methodology and ensure compliance to stage gate criteria

The Person:

  • Bachelor in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science or equivalent with at least 8 years’ experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

  • Excellent communication skills, strong understanding of project success factors, delivery methodology and risk management

  • Experience managing business process to gather: data integration, and analytical/reporting requirements for data warehouse systems, Big Data Platform, and Business Intelligence

Client Services Coordinator (Food)

The Job:

  • Provide administrative support to customers’ enquiries

  • Handling of sample logistics, document review, and job status, etc.

  • Possible opportunity of outside field work

The Person:

  • F.6 or above, with science discipline an advantage

  • Detail minded, independent with good communication and interpersonal skill

  • Proficiency in English and PC skill

Sales & Business Development Executive (Food)

The Job:

  • Explore and develop new business by different channels such as participating sales and marketing events, client visit etc.

  • Execute corporate strategies on developing new business growth.

  • Mange key accounts by effectively organizing, automating, and synchronizing processes between the external and internal clients.

  • Explore and increase key accounts business potential.

  • Achieve customer satisfaction through dynamic and effective client relationship management skills.

The Person:

  • Degree holder in Food / Science related disciplines

  • Possess customer services experience, with experience gained in laboratory testing field is a definite advantage

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated, outgoing and able to work under pressure

  • Immediate available is preferred

Sales Clerk

The Job:

  • To perform general clerical duties, mainly data entry into company operation system and support general administration work

  • To assist in checking invoice document and entry into the system

  • To assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned supervisor and managers

The Person:

  • Form 5 or above with at least 1-year relevant experience

  • Good command of English and Mandarin

  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office

  • Has knowledge in handling I/E document, international trade, OR

  • Has experience in customer services
