System Administrator

Responsibility:

  • To support users, maintain the system and ensure a reliable and satisfactory operation to meet the service level requirements
  • To provide timely fault diagnosis and problem resolution of the existing application and system infrastructure of the system
  • To provide enhancement functions and services to the existing application and system infrastructure of the system
  • For the enhanced application / system, provide user acceptance test and handling bug fixes and defect rectification as well as testing document preparation.
  • Provide both user and system administrator training for the enhancement work
  • To maintain and update the system / application documentations to reflect the latest production system in operation.

 
Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System, Programming or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of solid and traceable experience in conducting system support, troubleshooting and IT system implementation (including at least 2 years in implementing database systems, web-based systems and document management systems)
  • Practical experience in JSP, spring, struts2, Hibernate, Java EE, Crystal report and Apache POI is preferred.
  • Candidate should possess good initiative and strong analytical skills in problem solving.
  • Require good facilitator and possess communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in IT projects will be an added advantage.


ASSISTANT ENGINEER / SYSTEM ENGINEER (SOFTWARE)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the software development life cycle (SDLC) including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, system release, training, documentation, support and maintenance
  • P2V migration
  • Monitoring sub-contractor works.
  • Liaise with customers, developers and sub-contractors in job execution

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree holders in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 2+ years' working experience in software development, system integration and solution delivery implementation
  • Experiences in Database, PL/SQL and Visual Basic development is preferred
  • Knowledge in virtualization will be an advantage
  • Good analytical and problems solving skills with strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Candidate with less experience (incl. Fresh Graduate) are welcomed and will be considered as Assistant Engineer

 

System Analyst/ Analyst Programmer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, system release, training, documentation, support and maintenance
  • Analyses requirements and assess detailed solutions options from a system perspective
  • Support solution design and contribute expertise and detailed knowledge to ensure the project specifications are able to be delivered
  • Full conversion, creation, alignment, traceability and successful mapping requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • To ensure requirements are mapped and documented to functional and technical specifications for software development projects.

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree holders in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 4- 6+ years' working experience in software development, system integration and solution delivery implementation
  • Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, functional design, testing and/or implementation of application systems
  • Experiences in programming/coding on MS/SQL, SQL, VB.NET, C# etc.
  • Knowledge in virtualization and Citrix application and desktop virtualization solutions will be an advantage
  • Good analytical and problems solving skills with strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English
