Through its 40,000 square foot international standard production facility in Hong Kong, IEH commits to produce pastries of uncompromising quality with the finest ingredients under the supervision of a dedicated team of experienced professionals. 

Imperial Patisserie will be launched later this year to bring to Hong Kong a new premium quality option for the finest pastries perfect to enjoy with or for gifting to family, friends and business associates.

Sales Coordinator/Executive


  • Assist in implementing overall sales strategy

  • Facilitate and promote timely communication and cooperation between stores, merchandising functions, and resources to accomplish sales, margin, and service objectives

  • Create, review and input financial plans by location by forecasting profits and sales using computer programs/Microsoft.

  • Oversee delivery & distribution of stock and deal with problems with customers

  • Issuing quotations to customer and sister properties

  • Work with distributors and licensees to strengthen market relationships and knowledge of market trend, strengths and weaknesses and maintain collaborative partnerships

  • Assist handle the corporate sales plan and operations

  • Assist in sourcing new potential business partners or distributors

  • Update corporate/distribution list periodically

  • Assist in reviewing and renewing the commercial agreements

  • Assist in sales plans and promotional calendar for different markets

  • Identify potential sales promotions using numerical and analytical skills

  • Prepare required reports/information to upper management

  • Handle customers contact, answering guests' queries

  • Handle customer orders and input to company systems


  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Proven track record in ability to manage multiple tasks and assumes responsibilities

  • Pro-activeness and flexible in changing demands

  • Good English and Mandarin skills

  • Commercial acumen and analytical skills

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sales Executive

  • Immediate available is preferred

Operations Coordinator


  • Provide administrative support along with clerical tasks to aid the Operations Department run smooth daily

  • Prepare and maintain updated HACCP / ISO licenses required documents

  • Take minutes for operations meeting and maintain proper meeting records for related departments to follow up

  • Ensure sufficient equipment and stocks for supporting smooth operations

  • Liaise with different departments for resources management

  • Prepare operations’ working schedules and maintain accurate records

  • Participate in various ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Diploma in Operations Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations administration management preferably in food manufacturing, retails or customer services industry

  • Good communications and interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated, well-organized, attentive to details and possess a service-oriented attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel function and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Immediate available is preferred

Quality Controller


  • Responsible for monitoring material quality, in-process quality assurance, pest control and outgoing inspection

  • Responsible for the documentation and implementation of Quality Management System

  • Responsible for the documentation of manufacturing process and set up quality indicators for the process

  • Responsible for following up and reporting quality complaint

  • To set up process control plan and safety plan

  • To communicate with internal parties to identify the quality issues

  • To identify and correct on-going quality problem through analysis and subsequent recommendations


  • Higher Diploma or above in Food & Nutritional Science or equivalent

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in quality control of food industry is preferable

  • Good knowledge of safety standards (ISO22000/ HACCP/ GMP) and QC requirements is advantageous

  • Good communication, organization and analytical skills

  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.

  • Positive and hardworking

  • Immediate available is preferred
