Assistant Property Manager

Job Duties:

  • Support the Manager in monitoring smooth implementation of company strategy and policies / procedures.

  • Enforces landlord’s rights and to comply with statutory requirements.

  • Manage the building management team and external contractors to perform the day-to-day activities of building management, maintenance, security and customer services.

  • Lead a team of building operations staff (including management staff) to deliver first class services to all tenants.

  • Establish a continuous linkage and good relationship with tenants.

  • Lead the building management team to work closely with Leasing, Security and Technical teams to smoothen daily operations, marketing and company activities.

  • Constant review and monitor the provision of tenant support service including follow-up on move in & out process, settle tenants enquiries and complaints, support marketing activities and continuously strengthen relations with tenants.

  • Manage & handle emergency situations, supervise and ensure proper execution of emergency procedures established by the Company.

  • Patrol frequently the assigned properties as to ensure first class management and maintenance service are well maintained to and recommend improvement where necessary.

  • Assist in preparing the management budget for the assigned properties.

  • Select, motivate, retain and develop staff members to meet current and future organizational needs.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

  • Overall in-charge day-to-day operation of the portfolios.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, with academic qualification in Property Management is preference.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in property management with track record of minimum 3 years’ at supervisory level, preferably in leased properties.

  • Good understanding of Building Management Ordinance / Deed of Mutual Convenant or any other related document for management of multi-owned properties.

  • Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, competent in spoken Mandarin and advantage.

  • Work on shift duty is required.

Senior Property Officer / Property Officer

Job duties:

  • Support the Senior Property Manager / Property Manager in executing various strategy and operational policies / procedures in assigned portfolios.

  • Coordinate for the procurement of services / materials / equipment.

  • Monitor the day-to-day operation for property management, technical services, security.

  • Monitor / coordinate repair & maintenance work, improvement projects, interior fitting out work / reinstatement work.

  • Assist in property handover / take back.

  • Constantly review and monitor the provision of tenant support service.

  • Assist in preparing management budgets.

  • Assist in monitoring income and expenditure of the building accounts.

  • Assist in staff performance monitoring.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the seniors.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Property Management or related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management with at least 2 years at supervisory level, preferably in leased properties

  • Possess good supervisory skill, interpersonal and communication skill

  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibilities

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Officer.

System Analyst, SAP BI / FICO (1-Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for modernizing the company’s BI offering and drive towards data-driven business support, with strong influence on how SAP ERP support business intelligence needs.

  • Lead and implement end-to-end BI Projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and training

  • Develop Prove-of-concepts for BI dashboards and analytics

  • Provide guidance on SAP FI-CO enhancement to support future reporting needs

  • Support SAP EC-CS Consolidation and reporting

  • Drive technical team and vendors on technical developments

  • Deliver project documentation or training documents

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science/Finance/Accounting or related disciplines

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BI/ BW

  • Experience in Microsoft PowerBI is a definite advantage

  • Experience in FICO, RE-FX and/ or EC-CS Consolidation module is preferred

  • Business-oriented, and capable to translate business needs into system requirements

  • Ideal with project management skills

  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English

System Analyst, CRM / Data Analytics (1-year contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform system analyses and designs for digital application projects across a range of digital channels, including mobile app, website, ecommerce, customer relationship management and cross-media platforms; and work closely with business users and management to gather requirements and translate into detail user requirements

  • Assist in project control and vendor management

  • Manage all the digital project deliverables through the whole digital application development lifecycle

  • Deliver innovative ideas for the digital applications and services by leveraging advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning approaches

  • Participate in testing and launch planning to ensure deliverables are of high quality and in compliance with corporate guideline

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics or related degree with 5+ years’ experience in web and mobile applications system design and development.

  • 2+ years’ experience in artificial intelligence with a focus on machine learning

  • Experience with Tableau and Microsoft Power BI will be a plus

  • Experience in marketing/consumer analytics industry, agency exposure will be a big advantage

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friendly language

  • Understanding of user centred / UX design will be a big plus

  • Excellent working attitude, self-motivated and team player

Business Analyst (1-Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To perform business analysis, user requirement studies and work out the possible IT solutions to address the stakeholder needs;

  • To prepare system documentations including business requirement, functional specification for subsequent system implementation upon approval by business and IT stakeholders

  • To assist Project Manager and lead the system development process (in-house resource or out-source vendor) for system implementation

  • To provide on-going application support, user training and system maintenance

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirement:

  • University Degree in Business Studies / Information System or related areas

  • At least 5-8 years’ solid working experience as Business Analyst

  • Experience in real estate industry would be an added advantage

  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated with excellent communication skill

  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to meet project deadlines

  • Experience in coordinating users and user requirement analysis and User Acceptance Testing

System Analyst, IBM TM1 (1-Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for transforming Hysan’s Budgeting and Forecasting system as part of the optimized BI architecture, which is vital in supporting business growth through a full suite of business intelligence.

  • Be the champion of the Budget and Forecast system and drive usage across the organization

  • Provide guidance with industry best practices

  • Lead integration projects end to end with internal data warehouse

  • Support Annual budget cycle from a system perspective

  • Transform and enhance reporting capabilities of the budgeting system

  • Deliver project documentation or training documents

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science/Finance/Accounting or related disciplines

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in IBM TM1 or Planning Analytics

  • Experience in Real Estate industry is an advantage

  • Experience in SAP BW is preferred

  • Business-oriented, and capable to translate business needs into system requirements

  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English

Customer Services Representative (商場禮賓司)

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with at least 1 year's customer service experience focusing in frontline customer interaction, hotel or shopping mall concierge experience

  • Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable

  • Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills

  • Good in spoken and written English and Chinese.  Competent in spoken Putonghua.

  • Good in PC skills

  • Willing to work on shift (5 days/week)

  • Entitled to PH (17 days/year)

  • Work location: Causeway Bay

  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Services Representative.
