Host (Front Desk Agent) - Japanese Speaking

Responsibilities

  • Provide front of the house guest services which include rooms registration & cashiering, responding to guest enquires, questions and provide information.

  • Update guest’s profiles for their personal data, preference and complaints.

  • Ensure customer service standards is delivered and guest satisfaction is achieved.

Qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma holder in hotel management or related discipline

  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Japanese

  • Self-motivated and responsible

  • Customer and service orientated

Waiter / Waitress

Responsibilities

  • To provide quality service to restaurant guests and strive for customer delights

  • To ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed

Qualifications

  • Good command of English with relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Prepare coffee, drinks and food for the Deli

  • Good in customer services and able to perform multi-tasks

  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese

F&B Reservation Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Reservation Center

  • Responsible for taking reservations in outlets

Qualifications

  • Customer-oriented with pleasant manner

  • Proficient in MS Office application

  • Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, willing to work under pressure and independently

Commis - Vietnamese Cuisine

Responsibilities

  • To provide consistent quality of food and services to internal and external customers

Qualifications

  • Courteous and cheerful in personality

  • Responsible & reliable

  • With sense of creativity

  • Having experience in hotel industry is preferable
