Sales Manager / Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

  • You will be required to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to assist the related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.

  • Achieves pre-determined revenue targets while maintaining appropriate sales programmes and handling multi-faceted projects.

Qualification:

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager in hotel operations.

  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive.

Senior Event Planning Manager / Event Planning Manager

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.

  • To assist the Director of Events in the implementation of all Policies & Procedures specific to Events and Convention Service.

Qualification:

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Event Mananger / Event Manager in a luxury international brand hotel.

  • Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

  • Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge.

  • Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio / Delphi / RESERVE will be an asset.

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Event Planning Manager.

Security Officer 保安主任

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. To assist in the efficient running of the security function.

Qualification:

  • Ideally with a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Security Officer.

  • Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are an asset.

Technician (Air-Conditioning)

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers and assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments.

Qualification:

  • Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management desirable. 

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Technician/Tradesman in a hotel or 4 years in a similar large building/complex with central plant.

Team Leader - Security

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers and to assist the smooth operations of the security operations of the Security team.

Qualification:

  • Ideally with a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.

  • Good knowledge of Fire Emergency and Evacuation, and Bomb Threat procedures.

  • Well developed report writing and investigation skills.

  • Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels.

  • Well developed Communication and Customer Relations Skills.

  • Basic Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office and email.

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Security Team Leader in a hotel or large commercial complex.

Guest Services Officer - Concierge

Job Description:

  • Assists the Concierge Manager and Assistant Manager-Concierge / Bell to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge /  Bell functions within the Rooms Division.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.

  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Waiter / Waitress - Outlets

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers and to serve Food & Beverage to guests, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualification:

  • Ideally with a relevant diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management

  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must

  • *Fresh graduates will also be considered.*
