Waiter / Waitress

Responsibilities:

  • To provide quality service to restaurant guests and strive for customer delights

  • To ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed

Qualifications:

  • Good command of English with relevant work experience

Assistant Restaurant Manager - The Farmhouse

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager to supervise the daily operations of the Buffet Restaurant including staff rostering, training, daily administration and budget control

  • Responsible to ensure the implementation of restaurant service standard in terms of food quality, customer satisfaction, food hygiene and safety

  • Make recommendations on food and wine and respond to members’ requests, comments and suggestions

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above in Hotel and Catering or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Hotel F&B or western restaurants

  • Good knowledge of food & beverage products, wine & cocktails and food hygiene

  • Highly motivated, self-starter, strong team player and creative thinker

  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Guest Services Officer (Host/Hostess) - The Farmhouse / Cruise

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all guests, and potential guests, at the front of the Restaurant.

  • Responsible for Western Dining.

Qualifications:

  • Good communications skills

  • Diploma or higher level holder in Hotel Management

  • Having F&B related experience is an advantage.

Commis (Cold or Hot)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for food preparation and the kitchen operation.

  • Maintain a good quality of the cuisine.

Qualifications:

  • Having western dining experience in hotel industry is preferable

Chef de Partie / Demi Chef (Cold or Hot)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for food preparation and the kitchen operation.

  • Maintain a good quality of the cuisine.

Qualifications:

  • Having western dining experience in hotel industry is preferable
