Assistant Shop Manager (New Store Opening)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a sales team to manage overall daily retail shop operations

  • Develop the overall strategies and initiative for daily shop operations and management

  • Achieve sales targets and KPI

  • Ensure smooth execution of services taken places at shop and sustain premium brand image at shop level

  • Handle customers’ enquiry on company and / or product information in professional quality

  • Maintain the highest standard of store environment as well as positive shopping experience for customers

  • Manage, motivate and provide supervision to staff at shop for excellent product presentation and customer service at all times

  • Provide training and coaching to sales team to drive excellent shop performance

  • Administer sales record and management reports

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years’ experience in retail with 5 years at supervisory level, previous experience in fashion brands will be an advantage

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and inter-personal skills with ability to coach team members

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers

  • Strategic, good business acumen, energetic, proactive, responsible and service-oriented

  • Good commend of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Supervisor (New Store Opening)

Responsibilities:

  • Support store manager in managing daily store operations

  • Motivate staff to maximise sales opportunities and achieve sales target

  • Ensure excellent customer service is performed and identify new initiatives for improving services standards

  • Coach and train store staff on daily sales activities

  • Coordinate with Visual Merchandising in maintaining the store visual merchandising activities

  • Handle customer complaints and returns according to the company regulations

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years’ experience in retail with 2 years at supervisory level, previous experience in fashion brands will be an advantage

  • Self-motivated, strong team work and enthusiastic attitude

  • Sales driven and goal-oriented

  • Strong communications and customer service skills

  • Good commend of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate (New Store Opening)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer services in shop and maintain brand image

  • To be a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers

  • Maximise sales opportunities to achieve sales targets

  • Participate in stock management and maintain the floor display area and merchandise

  • Maintain the highest standard of store environment

  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience, previous experience in high-end fashion brands will be an advantage

  • Pleasant personality, energetic, proactive, responsible and service oriented

  • Sales driven and goal-oriented

  • Strong communications and customer service skills

  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Associate
