Merchant Relationship Manager

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Actively contribute in the fast revenue growth of the largest online shopping platform in Hong Kong and achieve sales target

  • Explore and recruit quality merchants and bring them the best eCommerce business opportunity in town.

  • Develop a long term strategic partnership with key merchants, offering promotion and operation support.

  • Explore new market and product trend and take instant action to bring it on HKTVmall

  • Work with internal teams to maximize the sales return in a better operation flow

  • Coordinate with marketing team for the ultimate goal of customer conversion and business growth.

Summer Intern (Business Intelligence)

What You Will be Doing

We invite you to join us for a unique experience in the 12-14 weeks paid internship program in Business Intelligence team. You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, data blending and building business intelligence dashboard throughout the internship. And here are some regular responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze and interpret data from internal data source using BI analytics tools

  • Build regular reports to provide insights and performance tracking

  • Conduct analysis including sales performance, traffic flows, customer segmentation, customer journey analysis, and campaign effectiveness

  • Handle data extraction and ad-hoc request from other teams

Who Is Our Right Fit:

  • Undergraduate students in Statistics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Data Science or related discipline

Marketing Officer (O2O Shop)

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Work with internal design team in the production of promotional materials including in-store POSM, print/digital ads, product catalogue, leaflets etc.

  • Formulate a comprehensive marketing plan to increase awareness to drive penetration into our O2O shops and the conversion of customers through shops' promotional activities

  • Measure and analyze sales performance including actual sales through in each channel and identify key learning

  • Collect market information to develop strategic plan

  • General/ad-hoc supports to new projects

Who Is Our Right Fit:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Communications/ e-Commence / e-Marketing or a related discipline

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in the field of CRM, digital advertising, or social media editing

  • Familiar with data structure or data analysis is an advantage

  • Proactive, independent with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure

  • Strong numerical sense, analytical and problem-solving skills

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage one of the hero categories for Supermarket products, and take initiative to achieve sales target on the largest online shopping platform in Hong Kong

  • Actively source the latest / trendy products in the market

  • Closely work with MNC suppliers as well as localized merchants for better trading term and regular joint promotion

  • Partner with marketing team to participate all kinds of online/offline stores promotion to boost up sales

  • Research customers preference and online/ offline behavior to facilitate the e-commerce business growth

  • Work with internal teams as logistics, warehouse, IT, finance, etc to maximize the return from efficient operation

Who Is Our Right Fit:

  • Higher Diploma or above with 1 to 3 years' relevant working experience

  • Strong problem solving skill, willing to work under pressure

  • Independent, outgoing,enthusiastic with a strong sense of responsibility

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist the e-Commerce – grocery and personal care team in driving traffic and sales to HKTVmall

  • Develop and execute marketing and sales promotional campaigns to drive business and product awareness for HKTVmall through online and offline channels

  • Work closely with in-house stakeholders, including sales team, design team, business intelligence team, IT team, etc. to achieve marketing KPI

  • Regularly work with FMCG suppliers on data analysis and joint promotions

  • Update promotional content for website and app on a regular basis

  • Identify opportunities and CRM strategy to engage and retain existing customer groups

Who Is Our Right Fit:

  • Bachelor degree a must, preferably in Marketing and Business Administration field

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing or sales related discipline

  • Work experience in FMCG, eCommerce, online business an advantage
