Assistant / Assistant Officer – Human Resources (Ref: HKRI/AHR/JDB/02)

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;

  • Well-organized, good interpersonal skills and enjoy team work;

  • Strong numerical sense and detail-minded;

  • Not hesitate to work by Excel and HR system;

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

大廈主管 (Ref: HKRL/BS/JDB/08)

工作職責 :

  • 負責協助監督及管理日常大廈保安工作,如處理客戶投訴及查詢,訪客登記,大廈巡邏,舉報及記錄意外事件,監察保安系統,處理緊急事故,禮賓服務等。

職位要求 :

  • 中五程度或以上,2年相關工作經驗及持有主管級經驗優先

  • 懂讀寫中英文報告及電腦操作

  • 操流利粵語、略懂英語及普通話

  • 須持有效保安人員許可證

  • 每星期工作6天

  • 於荃灣區工作

技術員 (Ref: DBCSL/TECH/JDB/08)

職責:

  • 負責商場及辦公室冷氣、水電及其它雜項之維修保養工作

  • 為管業處提供緊急服務

  • 監察及指導外判商在大廈工作

要求:

  • 具兩年或以上有關工作經驗

  • 持有工業學院發出之屋宇裝備工程證書或冷氣證書

  • 持有香港政府發出之A電牌獲優先考慮

  • 具良好溝通技巧及能操流利廣東話及簡單英語

  • 懂電腦操作者

  • 工作地點: 荃灣
