WEB PROGRAMMER / PROGRAMMER TRAINEE (IT Department)

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and deploy website and web app

  • Perform Website content maintenance

  • Handle daily operations and users support on IT related issues

  • Research on latest web development technologies

Requirements:

  • Degree (Programmer) / Diploma (Trainee) in Computer Science or related discipline.

  • 1-2 years of working experience in web development. Fresh graduates/ less experience will also be considered as Programmer Trainee

Web Editor (Clerk) - IT Department

Responsibilities:

  • Website content maintenance

  • Daily operations and users support on IT related issues

Requirements:

  • Form Five or above

  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Photoshop

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Centre Supervisor/ Assistant Centre Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise on classrooms, computers and audio-visual aids setup

  • Ensure centre facilities are in good order

  • Handle Centre Assistants duty roster

  • Reception duties, handle course enquiries and complaints

  • Other duties assigned by officer-in-charge

  • (Required to wear a full set of uniform)

Requirement:

  • Form 5 or above

  • At least 3 years of experience in supervisory level

  • Basic English & Computer Knowledge

  • Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Location: Admiralty

Working Hours:
Mon – Fri: 3:30 OR 4:30 pm – 11:00 pm; Sat: 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm OR
Sun: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm

Centre Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties, handle phone calls and course enquires

  • Data entries and clerical duties

  • Other duties assigned by the officer-in-charge

  • (Required to wear a full set of uniform)

Requirements:

  • Form 5/ DSE or above

  • Basic English & Computer Knowledge

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • With customer service experience highly preferred

Working Hours:
Mon – Fri:  12 pm – 9 pm; Sat: 12:00 pm – 5 pm; Sun: off

Centre Assistant中心助理

Responsibilities:

  • Setup classrooms, computers and audio-visual aids

  • Handle bulk and document delivery, copying and record keeping

  • Reception duties & clerical duties

  • Liaise with lecturers & students

  • Other duties assigned by the officer-in-charge

(Required to wear a full set of uniform)

Requirement:

  • Form 5 or above

  • Basic English & Computer Knowledge

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Day Shift:
Working Hour: Mon – Fri: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; Sat: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

Night Shift:
Working Hour: Mon – Fri: 3:30 OR 4:30 pm – 11:00 pm; Sat: 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm OR
Sun: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
( Total: 47 hours per week )
