Senior Concierge Officer / Senior Club House Officer
Monitor the reception counters / club facilities and maintain clerical support to the daily operation. Shift duty is required.
Foster quality customer services and enhance relationship with members.
Lead and coordinate the concierge service to provide one-stop services to residents, members and stakeholders of the Hub and Club.
To organize and execute recreational programs and activities
Handle tenants and passers-by’s visits/enquiries by explaining relevant policies and procedures.
Follow up members’ complaints or special requests, partner with colleagues to visit the tenants when necessary.
Attend tenants’ meeting and liaise with tenants’ committee.
Ensure fees, petty cash, repair charges and miscellaneous charges accurately.
Provide assistance to Manager to oversee the team performance and monitor sites facilities.
Diploma/Degree Holder with at least 3 year customer services experience, preferable in facility management/ managing clubhouse or recreational facilities/hotel management
Good PC knowledge including Word Processing, Excel and Powerpoint
Proficient in English, Chinese and Putonghua
With confidence and able to communicate with different customers.
Attentive to details, systematic and willing to follow through tasks independently
Customer Service Officer (Contract)
Provide customer care services, including handle enquiries / complaints.
Handle customer visits, enquiries, bookings and complaints to ensure that all customers are well served in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
Coordinate tenants move-in and other nitty-gritty issues. Assist tenants settling in and familiar the usage of various homecare support devices.
Cultivate new interests to tenants by coordinating various lifestyle activities.
Provide personal touch butler services e.g. escort and companion services, errand services, etc.
Conduct activities or participate activities jointly with tenants to encourage their participation and to promote tenants’ relationship.
Perform data input, reporting and provide clerical support.
Provide support to property management team and undertake any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Need to work in holidays / weekends.
Degree/Diploma holders with 1-2 years' experience in customer services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and can work as a team.
Able to work independently and interested in communicating with elderly people.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Knowledge of MS Windows application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
