Assistant Elderly Services Officer / Assistant Administration Officer

The Job:

  • Draft simple correspondence and quotations; compile reports and email etc. as assigned by the supervisors.

  • Take minutes and prepare agenda for department meeting

  • Prepare the monthly statements / monthly report from system for checking/ matching records according to pre-determined schedule or supervisors’ instruction.

  • Explain relevant policies and procedures independently upon enquiries. For emergency and complicated cases, diligently refer cases to other teams / supervisors with detail information.

  • Settle the payment and make sure the payment (e.g. invoice and refund, etc) is accurate and on time.

  • Generate reports from system for checking/ matching records according to pre-determined schedule or supervisors’ instruction.

  • Perform other clerical duties, such as housekeeping of records (e.g. inventories / fixed asset record, etc.), filing, cash box book-keeper etc.

  • Assist in system input (e.g. budgeting, purchase requisition, purchase approval, insurance claim, etc) as assigned by supervisor.

  • Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Person:

  • Higher Diploma or above with at least 5 administration or secretarial experience.

  • Proficient in PC skills e.g. PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word, Chinese Word Processing and etc.

  • Good communication, co-ordination and interpersonal skills

  • Mature, service oriented, good telephone manner and a team player

  • Attentive to details, systematic, self-initiative and willing to follow through tasks independently

  • With confidence and able to communicate/ handle enquiries from different customers.

  • Able to work under tight schedule.

Senior Officer (Maintenance-Building Services) - North Point

The Job:

  • Solve technical problems and deal with urgent/emergency repairs concerning building services installations and maintenance.

  • Prepare design, budgets, estimates, drawings and specifications for maintenance and improvement works; monitor work progress and contractors' performance.

  • Conduct regular surveys on building services installations and prepare reports for management review.

  • Review tender applications and prepare tender documents for approval.

The Person:

  • Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services or Electrical Engineering, with minimum 3 years experience in maintenance of building services installations.

  • Grade B in the Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker a must.

Senior Officer (Sales & Marketing)

The Job:

  • Assist to formulate the manpower plan for sales operation, setting up of show flat, sales office, call centre and managing sales flow and logistics.

  • Ensure the accuracy of sales and marketing literatures and materials as well as all relevant legal documents.

  • Supervise a team of staff to ensure a smooth operation of flat handover, defects rectification follow up works as well as enquiries and complaints handling.

  • Compile analysis, statistics and progress reports and assimilate necessary market information for research and study.

  • Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisor.

The Person:

  • Degree or Diploma / Certificate holder with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.

  • Dedicated to work with good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.

  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

  • Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.

  • Willing to work on irregular hours and weekend / public holiday.

Officer (Maintenance-Building)

The Job:

  • Assist in carrying out design and detailing of building works and service installation works to satisfy user requirements.

  • Prepare record drawings, working drawings, specifications, tender documents and contract documents.

  • Assist in analyzing all tenders, preparing tender reports, and contract administration.

  • Assist in preparing estimates, budgets, and evaluation for maintenance contracts.

  • Assist in planning, co-ordinating and supervising contract works related to maintenance, alteration and improvement of properties.

  • Assist in inspecting, testing and taking over of the Housing Society's new properties.

  • Filing of drawings, manual and technical literature.

The Person:

  • Holders of Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate in Building/Construction or related disciplines.

  • Knowledge of Government regulations on building or construction.

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in maintenance of Building installations.

  • Basic knowledge of relevant regulations.

  • PC applications and CAD.

Physiotherapist I (Elderly Services) - North Point

The Jobs:

  • Provide P.T. specific professional services in rehabilitation, pain management, health education, individual assessment and consultation for needed elderly or outpatient to promote services of the Rehabilitation Department and Residential Care Homes for the Elderly (RCHE).

  • Assist in development and management of the daily operation of the Rehabilitation Department.

  • Develop clinical guidelines, protocols and patient care process in P.T. services

  • Develop collaborative relationship with outside elderly and clinical service providers.

  • Coordinate in-service training and audit to other team colleagues.

  • Conduct generic health talks and assist in planning and conducting outreach programs and responsible for in-house occupational safety and health issues.

  • Advise the optimal choice on the design and maintenance of materials, tools and equipment required by the Service Unit.

  • Initiate, implement and participate in research studies or projects.

The Person:

  • Degree Holder in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board, Hong Kong. Acupuncture and other post-graduate qualification will be an advantage.

  • Working experience in operation of both in-patient and out-patient in Residential Care Homes for the Elderly (RCHE) settings or recognized health care institutes, experience in community elderly/geriatric services is an advantage.

  • Has good connection with various service providers and stakeholders in health care and elderly services sector.

  • Self-motivated team player and competent in planning and managing projects independently.

  • Mature, service-oriented, attentive to details, good leadership, empathy and commitment to patient care.

  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English and Chinese.

  • Knowledge of MS Windows application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
