Administration Assistant (4-month Temporary) (5-day Work) (Ref: CS-CS-AA-TEMP-REC)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Assistant Customer Services Manager, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • To provide general administrative support such as preparation of business correspondence and maintenance of filing system

  • To follow up customer enquiries and requests on customer account matters

Requirements:

  • Form 5 with at least 5 subjects at grade E and above in HKCEE or 5 subjects at Level 3 and above in HKDSE including English and Chinese plus a minimum of 2 years’ office administration experience or

  • Fresh graduates with higher qualifications

  • Good PC skill and knowledge of MS Office including Chinese word processing

  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

Assistant Customer Services Manager (5-day Work) (Ref:CS-ACSM-REC)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • To handle customers’ enquiries and resolve their issues

  • To lead a small team of customer service staff in providing quality services in Customer Centre and Call Centre and meeting the service requirements

  • To prepare training materials and provide staff with training on job knowledge and service skills

  • To review and enhance business processes and coordinate ad hoc projects relating to customer services and systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or an engineering discipline or equivalent

  • A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in customer services

  • Good knowledge of the systems and business processes relating to customer services

  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written (Putonghua a must)

Technician (CS) (Ref. No. CS-CS-TCS-REC)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the appointee will perform the following responsibilities:

  • To conduct site checking and verification on meter condition and perform meter readings related duties

  • To perform connection and disconnection of electricity supply at customer premises

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above

  • A minimum of 3 years’ work experience preferably in relation to customer services, installation or meter readings

  • Familiar with the roads on Hong Kong Island and Lamma Island

  • Holder of a valid class 1 driving license preferred

  • Able to read, write and speak Cantonese and simple English

Engineer I (Ref: CS-CI-EI-REC)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Customer Installation Engineer, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • To lead a team to perform low voltage metering work, riser maintenance/ repair work, inspection on electrical installation and investigation into power quality problems

  • To participate in the promotional activities related to Feed-in-Tariff, Renewable Energy Power System and Smart Power Fund

  • To conduct site visits/ inspections and provide technical advisory services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience with at least 1 year in supervisory level

  • Registered Electrical Worker (REW) an advantage

  • Good knowledge of the Supply Rules, the Electricity Ordinance, and Code of Practice for the Electricity (Wiring) Regulations and other related legislations

  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

  • Holder of a valid driving license preferred

Engineer II (Ref: CS-MT-EII-REC)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Meter Engineer, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of staff to handle metering installation works including conducting site survey for metering system design and installation, and commissioning and maintenance of tariff meter installations

  • To perform technical assignments such as evaluation, assembly and testing of meter reading equipment and meter panels, and management of stock materials

  • To support the technical and software development relating to metering systems

  • To assist in preparing tender specifications and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines with qualifications leading to Corporate Membership of HKIE

  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in metering technologies, ISO quality management systems, assets management, IT systems development or programming

  • Familiar with metering and metrology principles and systems design

  • Good knowledge of the Supply Rules, the Electricity Ordinance, and Code of Practice for the Electricity (Wiring) Regulations and other related legislations

  • Holder of a valid Construction Workers Registration Card as a Skilled Worker (Electrical Fitter) and valid driving license for Classes 1 and 2 preferred

Planning Analyst (Ref: CDD-P-PA-REC)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Planning, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • To conduct short-term and long-term electricity demand forecasts

  • To perform data analysis for load research, sales performance analysis and maintain database

  • To prepare business reports for system planning and various stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Statistics or related disciplines

  • A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in data science

  • Good PC skills, preferably with knowledge of using R and data visualisation tools

  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

高級倉務員 (Ref: GCD-GS-SSK-REC)

職責:

  • 受聘人須向倉庫及物流經理負責,其主要職務如下:

  • 運用各類機器及器材收發及儲存倉庫物資

  • 整理庫存擺放位置,有效地利用倉庫空間儲存物料

  • 確保倉庫內的安全及保安控制,包括進行定期安全檢查

 

入職資格:

  • 中五程度

  • 持有物流 / 電機或機械工程 /工業工程 / 營運管理證書更佳

  • 最少具有3年相關倉務或物流經驗

  • 熟悉倉庫和物流行業的安全及環境條例

  • 具良好電腦操作知識,例如 MS Office及具有倉庫管理系統 / 企業資源系統(EPR)的基礎知識

  • 必須持有叉式起重機駕駛執照

  • 如持有安全訓練證書 (綠卡)或私家車駕駛執照,將獲優先考慮
