Project Manager (Ref: IT-PMO-PM-REC)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the team head of Project Management Office (PMO) of Information Technology Division, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • To define and govern IT projects portfolio and IT project management framework

  • To manage the financial and procurement related activities of the entire IT project portfolio to ensure projects are delivered within budget and comply with internal policies as well as regulatory requirements

  • To manage the planning and execution of IT projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • A minimum of 10 years’ working experience in IT project management, of which at least 3 years with proven track records in managing large scale enterprise IT projects

  • Familiar with IT procurement lifecycle, contract administration and vendor management

  • Certificate on PMP and ITIL an advantage

  • Excellent command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

  • Working Location:   Admiralty

The employment will be on 2-year contract term and renewal of contract will be subject to the Company’s business needs and performance of the individual.

Manager (Treasury) (Ref: GFD-TR-TM-REC)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Treasury, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • To manage and monitor treasury activities and overseas acquisitions including the arrangement for bridge financing and the execution of foreign exchange and interest rate hedging

  • To handle risk management control and maintain banking relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Economics or related disciplines

  • A minimum of 10 years’ work experience in either bank or corporate treasury function

  • Corporate member of the HKICPA or MBA or CFA or equivalent an advantage

  • Knowledge in financial markets including foreign exchange, interest rate and fixed income

  • Knowledge in derivative instruments including cross currency swaps, interest rate swaps, FX and interest rate options

  • Excellent command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

  • Working Location:   Admiralty

Assistant Accountant (Accounting Operations) (Ref: GFD-AC-AO-AA-REC)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager (Accounting Operations), the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure settlement of invoices supported by proper payment approval and ensure payments arranged timely

  • Ensure vendor master records in system are properly and timely updated

  • Prepare reports or analysis for monitoring purposes

  • Review business-trip claims and sundry expenses claims and journals related

  • To check transactions in bank statements and prepare journals to update bank records in SAP

  • To input Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) in SAP

  • To certify stock order voucher and reconcile stock account

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

  • Membership of HKICPA or equivalent

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting / auditing

  • Excellent PC skills especially in spreadsheet and financial modeling

  • Good knowledge of SAP Financial Management Systems an advantage

  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

  • Working Location:   Admiralty

Engineer I (Engineering Systems) (Ref: IT-ES-AA-REC)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Manager (Engineering Systems), the appointee will perform the following responsibilities:

  • To plan, design, implement and support specialized engineering applications for SCADA power control system, which is deployed for the Energy Management System and Distribution Management System 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Information Technology or related disciplines

  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in design and implementation of application software

  • Competent knowledge in programming environment involving C, C++, Oracle, PL/SQL, Perl, Java, shell script, XML

  • Solid experience in Unix, Linux and Windows

  • Experience of working in real-time monitoring and control systems an advantage

  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

  • Working Location:   Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided

Senior Application Analyst (Ref: IT-SD-SAL-REC)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Application Lead in Solutions Development Department, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • To solicit business requirements, document business processes and develop business cases

  • To design, integrate and implement IT solutions from both technical and business perspectives

  • To lead solution implementation and ongoing maintenance to ensure that technical solutions, procedures and models for development are up-to-date and comply with established standards

  • To coach team members to address their technical and business domain learning needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

  • A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in solutions development including mobile apps

  • Solid experience in ERP, Microsoft technologies including SharePoint,.NET and other core systems (Restful, API, JSON, Web Services)

  • Good knowledge in UX/UI, DevOps, Agile Methodology, Object-oriented programming(OOP), design pattern, web performance tuning and cyber security

  • Familiar with frontend development framework (AngularJS, Objective-C, JS, HTML5, CSS3) an advantage

  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

  • Working Location:   Admiralty

Depending on candidate’s experience, the position of Application Lead / Senior Application Lead may be considered. In addition, employment may be on permanent or 2-year contract term and renewal of contract will be subject to the Company’s business needs and performance of the individual.

Project Engineer I – Civil & Architectural (Ref: PD-C&A-GI-EI-REC)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Engineer, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • To participate in the conceptual and detailed design, budgeting and implementation of projects

  • To prepare tender and tender evaluation

  • To monitor site work schedule, perform safety management, and cost and quality control throughout various project execution stages from design, audit, construction, testing and commissioning to completion of works

  • To participate or chair on behalf of Senior Engineer in working level meetings

  • To  liaise  with  internal parties, contractors and external parties including government authorities and public stakeholders on project matters

  • To perform Technical Competent Person site supervision for civil/structural/geotechnical works

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines

  • A minimum of 8 years’ working experience with Corporate Membership of the HKIE, or

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 12 years’ relevant working experience

  • Good knowledge of civil and structural engineering design and contract administration in multi-engineering disciplinary project

  • Familiar with relevant local and international regulations, procedures, standards and codes of practice

  • Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Project, SAP2000, SAFE, STAADPRO, SPACE GASS, FREW, SLOPE/W

  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

  • Working Location:   Admiralty

Candidates with less relevant experience and lower qualification may be considered for the position of Project Engineer II.
