Deputy General Manager, Outstation (HR Management)


  • Report to the Director, Human Resources & Administration

  • Act as a focal point with all the overseas offices, monitor the Outstation human resources and administration related activities, performance and matters

  • Lead the outstations’ human resources and administration functions and connect with different internal stakeholders and other related HR functions to provide full spectrum of human resources services to the outstations

  • Take lead to manage new station development, station closure and suspension projects as requested by clarifying objectives, developing efficient timelines, communicating project status, analyzing cost issues, and completing projects within budget and specifications

  • Keep abreast of the recent development of human resources practices, statutory requirements and make recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Ensure legal compliance on all human resources related aspects by monitoring and implementing different human resource activities in accordance with local requirements

  • Proactively provide legislative updates and recommended changes of policies, guidelines and local staff handbook

  • Performs other tasks as assigned


  • Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline

  • Minimum 12 years of human resources generalist experience gained in sizable organization, of which 5 years at managerial level

  • Experience in manage overseas Human Resources operations and familiarize with different country local employment regulations

  • Excellent communication, coordination and project management skills with the ability to execute tasks within a fast pace and changing business environment

  • Detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving ability

  • Prompt and systematic decision making skills with good analytical skill

  • Strong self-motivation, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills

  • Mature, responsible, independent with positive and proactive attitude

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is required

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

Assistant Manager, Internal Audit


  • Risk Assessment and Audit planning
    - Assist the team in annual internal audit risk assessment and audit planning identify high risk of Airline for scope of review
    - Regular review the risk assessment result and fine-tune when necessary

  •  Internal Audit –
    - Performing internal audit function to collect and analyze data to detect deficiency and to identify process improvement opportunity
    - Leading and conducting multi-disciplinary audit assignments to examine, evaluate and advise on the design and implementation of control and governance framework governing the key processes and systems of the Airlines
    - Maintaining close liaison and coordinate with various parties in resolving issues for completion of audits and nurturing a co-operative and receptive working relationship
    - Follow up the implementation of internal audit recommendations

  • Internal Control –
    - Performing surprise audit program and data analysis to identify internal control difficiencies
    - Report and make recommendations for compliance with company policies, control environment and effectiveness of control procedures and financial record integrity

  • Corporate Governance
    – Assisting in building up corporate governance infrastructure by preparing, revising and implementing Corporate Governance Policies and all corporate governance related policies and manual
    - Contributing to the promulgation of best practices on corporate governance and risk management


  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Information Technology or other business related disciplines

  • Certified Public Accountant or Professional membership of accredited relevant professional bodies

  • Technical - Minimum 8 years professional audit experience with a Hong Kong listed company or audit firm in planning, leading, and performing multi-disciplinary internal audits

  • Management - at least 2 years of experience in a managerial position

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and report writing skills

  • Strong ability to interface with all levels of senior management, with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Dedicated team player with good business orientation, communication and presentation skills, MS office and powerpoint work skills

Supervisor, Corporate Communications


  • Assist in formulating and executing 360 communications strategy for corporate milestones and key events in Hong Kong and overseas

  • Plan and flawless execution of events to promote brand awareness in various markets

  • Manage external agencies to ensure company brand and procurement guidelines are adhered to while ensuring highest quality of work is delivered by service providers

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met

  • Support crisis communications on operational issues, incidents or accidents to minimize impact to business and reputation

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide strategic counsel based on internal guidelines and community sensitivities, to minimize potential risk to brand

  • Provide support to CSR programmes in overseas markets, including "Embrace the World" and other community activities to position airline as an inclusive and caring company

  • Proactively engage external stakeholders, including industry players, governments, NGOs, business associations, etc. to identify opportunities for partnerships or sponsorships

  • Engage and enhance relationship with media and social KOLs to amplify Hong Kong Airlines stories and contribute to storytelling ideas

  • Perform ad hoc duties/assignments as required


  • Related academic discipline in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, etc.

  • 3 to 5 years of working experience in PR/Communications; preferably in a sizable company or agency for a global brand and understanding of travel industry

  • Proven track record in effective communications campaigns and event management

  • Familiar with brand work, up to date with market trends to design strategy and direction to drive sustainable results

  • Good English and Chinese written and spoken skills, with fluency in Putonghua

  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, detail-minded and good analytical skills

  • Outgoing, passionate, and a collaborative team player

  • Able to work under pressure

Supervisor, Project Management Office


  • Responsible for the IT financial management such as IT budget, cost savings analysis and benefit realization

  • Support the IT project management, to ensure the compliance and achievement of IT departmental plan

  • Support the IT procurement services, such as contract review and tendering

  • Promote the PMO culture across the organization by planning and conducting the necessary trainings and communications

  • Coordinate the IT process review and compilation of templates and documents

  • Assist the necessary PMO functions


  • Bachelor (Hons) of Business Management (Software Engineering) or Project Management or related specialty

  • 3 years’ working experience and 1 year in project management

  • Be familiar with Microsoft (WORD/EXCEL/PPT), knowledge for any project management softwares would be a plus

  • Need to have good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Have good ability of analysis, induction, summary, design and document writing

  • Can prioritize tasks and work within the constraint of tight deadlines

  • Be proactive to identify the problem and develop solution

  • Must be able to work independently
