Counsel, Legal Affairs

Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and recommendation on a broad range of in-house legal matters, including but not limited to operational, administrative, regulatroy, competition, employment and contentious matters

  • Advising the management on legal risks and compliance issues

  • Advising the management regularly on new regulatory requirements and developments

  • Providing training and legal support to protect the commercial as well as reputational interests of the company and to ensure that risks are properly managed

  • Assisting team member in the handling of litigation, arbitration and other contentious matters

  • Working with external counsel, company secretary, paralegal and professional advisers

  • Performing such other functions to be assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • LLB or above (from Hong Kong or other common law jurisdictions)

  • 3 years post qualitification experience gained in reputable law firms or MNC

  • Preferably with in-house experience, have a good understanding of competition and anti-trust law, and worked for aviation and consumer goods companies

  • Possess strong communication and analytical skills

  • A proactive team player, with can-do attitude and able to work independently under high pressure and tight timeframe

  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to details, mature attitude and ability of multi-tasking

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Ability to speak in Putonghua will be an advantage

Officer, Customer Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate, investigate and reply to customers’ complaints and enquiries in a timely manner

  • Enhance reply quality and customer satisfaction by minimizing customer comebacks

  • Being the owner for assigned cases from acknowledgement till case settlement

  • Responsible for handling all internal and external communications with key stakeholders

  • Ensure accuracy of customer responses with full compliance with internal policies and procedures

  • Identify service loopholes and ensure remedial actions taken by the concerned department

Requirements:

  • A University Degree, preferably in Customer Service, Public Relations or other relevant disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service (Airline experience will be an advantage)

  • Positive attitude towards customer service and good interpersonal skills

  • Proactive with analytical mind

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Chinese Word processing is a must

  • Fresh graduates/ candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer, Customer Experience

Assistant Manager / Supervisor, Digital Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing Manager to formulate and deliver digital marketing globally

  • Manage and optimize Digital Marketing Campaigns including but not limited to SEM, O2O campaigns, Digital Display Ad and Data Marketing) as to achieve company’s KPIs in online / offline sales leads acquisition and brand building by working closely with external agencies and partners

  • Support and assist global outstation offices on marketing strategies as to align with Headquarter's overall direction

  • Assist in performance analysis from all digital channels, understand the insights and provide recommendations to the team

  • Provide regular reports on business performance, market intelligence and program effectiveness and make recommendations for optimization

  • Staying most updated on the latest digital marketing technologies and trends, explore possible opportunities to implement such new technologies into marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • University degree holder in Marketing, Digital Communications, Advertising or related disciplines

  • Preferably 5 years hands on digital marketing experience, especially on performance marketing

  • Relevant experience in travel / hospitality industry, digital marketing agencies or MNC regional level marketing is preferred

  • Experience in handling online acquisition campaigns including SEO, SEM, display banner, social media and mobile marketing with proven track record is required

  • Knowledge of web analytics tools/software (GA, Webtrends or others) is required

  • Strong understanding on current digital marketing trends and best practices across the region

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Supervisor, Digital Marketing
