These include air conditioner, refrigerator, washer, dehumidifier, small home appliances, personal care products, LCD projector, etc. Extensive technical support services are also offered for these products. Assistant Marketing Executive, Promoter’s Team


  •  To help to manage and train the promoter

  •  To help to monitor and supervise the daily work of promoter

  •  To assist the generation of the regular, daily sales and market report

  •  To handle administrative work of promoter

  •  To handle telephone enquiry from promoter

  •  To have regular site visit to evaluate the promoters’ performance

  •  To help to recruit new promoter

  •  To monitor in-shop catalog, POP and display counter and road show set up and dismantling

  •  To follow new in-shop display counter, rack and POPs


  •  F.7 or above

  •  Minimum one year of working experience, experience related to sales and marketing

  •  Self-motivated, details oriented, well organized, able to work under pressure

  •  Sound negotiation & communication skills

  •  Strong PC skills and Chinese input.

  •  Good oral & written communication skills in both English & Chinese

  •  Candidate with more experience would be considered as Marketing Executive

  •  Immediate available would be an added advantage

Customer Service Officer / Representative - Call Centre


  • Handle and follow up customer enquiries and complaint in a professional manner

  • Handle and follow up critical case including case management and investigation

  • Handle administrative and ad hoc tasks in Service Department


  • Diploma or above in any disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years of solid Customer Service Hotline Experience (experience in electronic industry is preferred )

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese word processing (Chongjie/Quick)

  • Detail-mined, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Being customer-focused, people-oriented, patient, cheerful and positive

  • Ability to thrive and multitask in fast paced energetic environment

  • High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure

  • Immediate available is preferred

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer

  • Fresh graduate or less than experience will also be considered as Customer Service Representative
