Our company markets and sells products of electrical home appliances. These include air conditioner, refrigerator, washer, dehumidifier, small home appliances, personal care products, LCD projector, etc. Extensive technical support services are also offered for these products. We are now looking for high calibers to join our company.

Customer Service Officer - Customer Relation

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaint in a professional manner (E-mail & Phone)

  • Handle and follow up critical case including case management and investigation

  • Handle and follow up customers’ enquiries and identify possible solutions to settle the case

  • Work closely with other supervisors to achieve service KPI’s

  • Handle ad hoc tasks in Service Department

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines

  • Minimum 2-4 years of solid Customer Service and Complaint Handling experience (experience in electronic industry is preferred )

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese word processing (Chongjie/Quick)

  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills

  • Detail-mined, self-motivated and communication skills

  • Being customer-focused, people-oriented, patient, cheerful and positive

  • Ability to thrive and multitask in fast paced energetic environment

  • High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure

  • Immediate available is preferred

Customer Service Officer / Representative - Call Centre

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and follow up customer enquiries and complaint in a professional manner

  • Handle and follow up critical case including case management and investigation

  • Handle administrative and ad hoc tasks in Service Department

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years of solid Customer Service Hotline Experience (experience in electronic industry is preferred )

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese word processing (Chongjie/Quick)

  • Detail-mined, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Being customer-focused, people-oriented, patient, cheerful and positive

  • Ability to thrive and multitask in fast paced energetic environment

  • High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure

  • Immediate available is preferred

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer

  • Fresh graduate or less than experience will also be considered as Customer Service Representative
