Customer Service Representative/ Officer (Call Centre and Service Relation)


  • Handle and follow up customer enquiries ( Email / Phone )

  • Handle customer complaint in a professional manner

  • Handle administrative tasks in Service Administration Department


  • Diploma or above in any disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years of solid Customer Service Experience (experience in electronic industry is preferred )

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese word processing (Chongjie/Quick)

  • Detail-mined, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Being customer-focused, people-oriented, patient, cheerful and positive

  • High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure
