Our company markets and sells products of both electrical home appliances These include air conditioner, refrigerator, washer, dehumidifier, small home appliances, personal care products, LCD projector,etc. Extensive technical support services are also offered for these products. We are now looking for high calibers to join our company.

Services Coordinator (Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing administration support for data entry / updating, document filing.
  • Responsible for providing support and co-ordinate for service job arrangement.
  • Co-ordinate service job arrangement with customer.

Requirements:

  • F.7 / Diploma or above with at least 1 years’ working experience
  • Relevant Work experience in related field is prioritised.
  • Proficiency in MS office is required
  • Fluency of spoken & written in Chinese and simple spoken & writing in English/Mandarin.
  • Proactive attitude, dynamic and able to work independently 
  • Chinese and English typing (30 wpm or above)

職責:

  • 負責文書處理(包括:資料輸入 / 更新,文件存檔)。
  • 負責安排 / 協調維修人員之工作安排。
  • 需與客戶聯絡及跟進工作安排。

要求:

  • 中七 / 文憑或以上學歷及具1年以上工作經驗
  • 具有相關工作經驗或客戶服務經驗者優先考慮。
  • 熟悉中英文電腦操作。
  • 流利粵語,一般普通話,一般英語;懂中英文讀寫
  • 積極、主動,能夠獨立處理工作
  • 中文(倉頡/速成)或英文輸入每分鐘30字或以上。

 

Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative services
  • Assist in project planning, coordination, liaison & co-ordination with vendors
  • Assist in office and workshop health and safety management
  • Manage telephone PABX system
  • Manage office security system
  • Handle office equipment maintenance
  • Arrange company vehicle maintenance

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in any discipline
  • Possess 1 year working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Application and Chinese Word Processing
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility
  • With strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills and able to deal with staff at all levels
  • Good time-management and problem solving skills
  • Immediate Available would be an added advantage

 

維修技工 Technician

職責:

  • 負責家庭電器維修之跟進及測試
  • 協助管理外判人員的日常運作
  • 支援客戶服務中心有關維修及產品上的查詢

入職要求:

  • 持有工程學或其他相關文憑或以上學歷
  • 3年或以上維修家庭電器產品經驗
  • 持有電工牌(註冊電業工程人員)A牌或B牌為優先考慮
  • 熟悉冷氣維修
  • 能獨立處理維修工作
  • 擁有良好人際溝通技巧
