Customer Service Representative/ Officer (Call Centre and Service Relation)
Handle and follow up customer enquiries ( Email / Phone )
Handle customer complaint in a professional manner
Handle administrative tasks in Service Administration Department
Diploma or above in any disciplines
Minimum 2 years of solid Customer Service Experience (experience in electronic industry is preferred )
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese word processing (Chongjie/Quick)
Detail-mined, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Being customer-focused, people-oriented, patient, cheerful and positive
High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure
