Assistant Digital Marketing Manager (5 days work)

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement marketing plan to achieve monthly and annual target

  • Responsible for media, advertising and promotion (both traditional and digital platform), strategy plus complete execution

  • Social media management

  • Allocate, manage and control the promotion fund budget with an objective to maximize promotional effectiveness & ROI

  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives

  • Fully accountable for channel management

  • Lead and drive market analysis and segmentation, competitive intelligence, brand and message fit, go-to-market project and leverage our core competency to scale up the overall value

  • Demonstrate leadership to influence and motivate members across all levels of corporations

  • Location at Lai Chi Kok

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing / Business Studies or equivalent

  • Around 3 years marketing experience, preferably in digital / FMCG background

  • Solid experience in formulating and implementing marketing plan and new business development

  • Result-oriented, detail-minded, and possesses strong analytical and problem solving skill

  • Creative in sales and marketing communication tactics

  • Well organized and could manage multiple priorities

  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in PC skills and Chinese word processing is a must

Marketing Executive (5 Days Work)

Job Duties:

  • Product lines sales & budget management

  • Assist in developing and implementing various marketing programs, CRM programs and promotional campaigns for maximizing ROI

  • Work closely with promotional partners, suppliers, advertising and PR agencies on various marketing initiatives

  • Accountable for key account communication

  • Responsible for media, advertising, promotion and production execution

  • Assist in inventory forecast & demand, and take full responsibility on monitoring, PO fulfill and goods return handling

  • Collect marketing information, competitor’s activities and prepare presentation materials

  • Compile reports and co-ordinate with different parties for project implementation

  • To assist in different ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferable in Marketing or Business Studies

  • Around 1 year experience in consumer goods/products marketing and with brand management in FMCG industries, preferably in health food products

  • A dedicated team player with a creative and results oriented mindset

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Proactive, flexible, energetic, market sensitive and with ability in handling multi-tasks

  • Good Analytical, system thinking and problem solving skills

  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in PC skills and Chinese word processing is a must

Senior Marketing Executive (5 Days Work)

Job Duties:

  • Social media management (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)

  • Responsible for media, advertising, promotion and production execution

  • Assist in inventory forecast & demand, and take full responsibility on monitoring, PO fulfill and goods return handling

  • Collect marketing information, competitor’s activities and prepare presentation materials

  • Compile reports and co-ordinate with different parties for project implementation

  • To assist in different ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferable in Marketing or Business Studies

  • At least 2 years’ experience in consumer goods/products marketing and with brand management in FMCG industries is essential, preferably in health food or beauty products

  • Digital marketing experience is an advantage

  • A dedicated team player with a creative and results oriented mindset

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Proactive, flexible, energetic, market sensitive and with ability in handling multi-tasks

  • Good Analytical, system thinking and problem solving skills

  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in PC skills and Chinese word processing is a must

CRM Clerk / Customer Service Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration and clerical support to CRM department

  • Draw a data, call list and mailing list

  • Prepare regular sales report and statistical analysis in daily and monthly basis

  • Prepare sales invoice and related documents

  • Coordinate between internal departments and customers

  • Responsible for member survey and DM mailing

  • Arrange courier and delivery schedule

  • Perform ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

  • DSE or above with 1 year relevant experience is preferred

  • Strong sense of responsibilities, detailed-minded, well-organized, self-motivated & hardworking

  • Good communication skills and able to work independently

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Immediate available is preferred
