Human Resources Assistant (1-year contract)


  • Provide clerical support in the daily administration of all round Human Resources functions such as recruitment logistics and recruitment day

  • Maintain new joiner database updating

  • Ensure staff personal records are accurate and kept up-to-date

  • Assist in various projects and adhoc assignments

  • Answer general staff inquiries


  • Higher Diploma or above with major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • With clerical working experience is preferable

  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese

  • A team player with initiatives, pleasant, helpful and organized

  • Knowledge of PC

  • Candidates with more experience would be considered for Human Resources Officer.

Passenger Services Officer


  • Provide efficient and courteous check-in services to passengers in order to achieve on time flight departure

  • Handle passengers at boarding and arrival gates efficiently


  • HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent

  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

  • With good communication skills and customer-oriented

  • Willing to work on shift, 48 working hours & 5 working days per week

Passenger Services Assistant


  • Wheel chair handling.

  • Assist open & close counter.

  • Assist in handling company mail.

  • Attend training sessions, as and when required

  • Complete other assignment allocated by his / her superior.


  • Form 3 graduate or above.

  • Able to speak English & Mandarin.

  • Relevant experience in preferable.

  • Mature, hardworking, able to take care elderly.

  • Willing to work on shift, 48 working hours & 5 working days per week

Load Control Officer


  • To distribute loads of aircraft according to safety regulations, gravity parameters, special requirements, unloading accessibility and other restrictions.

  • To calculate aircraft weight & balance and prepare loading instruction.

  • To monitor the flight status consistently.

  • To complete the load sheet and check against loading report.

  • To deliver in-flight related document to aircraft timely.


  • Post-secondary or above with good result in Mathematics.

  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience.

  • Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese.

  • Knowledge of PC.

  • Holder of valid HK driving license 1 & 2 preferable.

Turnaround Coordinator


  • Perform overall supervision of flight and responsible for the safety, on time departure of flight and maintain customer service level.

  • Meet the aircraft and commence driving turnaround and record the information required by the carrier / handling company.

  • Monitor and record of supplier and staff performance will be conducted as required and manage / correct any issues as they arise.

  • Conduct aerobridge operation to enhance flight handling.

  • Regular communication with crew / gate / ramp / operation is required.

  • Conduct ad hoc briefing to ramp staff which requires immediate action.


  • Post-secondary or above

  • Minimum 1 year experience at supervisory level in the airport /airlines operations

  • Working experience of ramp operation, aircraft loading, load-sheet handling are an advantage

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, with good communication skills and interpersonal skills

Aircraft Loading Supervisor


  • To supervise a team of Aircraft Loading Agents to load and unload cargo baggage and mail into / from aircraft.

  • To ensure that all aircraft are loaded according to service standards, handling requirements and safety regulations of the carriers.

  • To certify that the aircraft is loaded in accordance with the loading report.

  • To communicate all procedural changes and requests to all staff and ensure their full awareness and understanding.

  • To maintain staff discipline, efficiency, safety, appearance and morale.


  • Post secondary or above.

  • Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience.

  • Able to control / supervise subordinates.

  • Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese.

  • Knowledge of PC and holder of valid HK Driving Licence of Class 1 & 2.
