SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute sustainability strategies & goals for different investment properties under the Group and in partnership with non-profit organizations

  • Formulate yearly plan of volunteering campaigns / community events to drive volunteering involvement.    

  • Work closely and collaborate with representatives of different investment properties both in Hong Kong and PRC to compile yearly sustainability report and conduct sustainability assessment.

  • Organize sustainability steering committee meetings to address sustainability issues and raise awareness of the sustainability performance.

  • Engage colleagues and volunteers from different departments to support in joint-school programs and publicity events of Project WeCan, and provide support as necessary.

  • Develop sustainable programmes and communication channels to engage internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage relevant sections of Company website, communication collaterals, publicity matters, enquiries/complaints of all sustainability-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Sustainability / Journalism / Environmental Sustainability / Marketing or related disciplines

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience with exposure in listed companies and strong knowledge of international sustainability standards and guidelines

  • Strong liaison and networking skills with good connection and relationship with media, non-profit organizations and green groups

  • Good track record in sustainability reporting and organization of impactful community events

  • Proactive, resourceful with strong communication and project management skills

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

PERSONNEL ASSISTANT / CLERK (5-DAY)

  • To handle attendance, leave and overtime administration, HRMS input, prepare attendance and staff turnover reports

  • To provide administrative support in training, occupational and health initiatives and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned 

  • Diploma or above with 1 year relevant experience, preferably gained in sizeable organization

  • Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations

  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel

  • Attentive to details, fast and accurate in data entry

  • Pleasant with good interpersonal & communication skills

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

  • Fresh graduate in Human Resources Management will also be considererd
