Brand Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To formulate a focused marketing strategy and effectively identify target audience, deliver key message and leverage available channel to drive awareness, conversion and on-going retention of our key clients;

  • To work with key stakeholders and business units to develop effective marketing plan to drive the business growth;

  • To drive the strategic branding strategy of the Region to enhance the engagement with the specific target stakeholders;

  • To ensure the brand is promoted accurately and professionally in any communications with actual and potential partners and clients;

  • To evaluate competitive challenges for brand and identify opportunities for growth enhancement

  • Conduct market research and analyze competitive activity and trend in markets;

  • To execute and support marketing and promotion campaigns and events;

  • To analyze the success of marketing and promotion campaigns and creating reports;

  • To coordinate and liaise with various business units and departments, including sales, marketing and product teams, to deliver effective marketing communications materials in different touch points – retails / roadshow / events / app / website;

  • To brief, manage and evaluate external agencies in delivering quality and effective communications materials, e.g. tentcards, leaflets, webpages, banners, e-Newsletter etc., in a timely and cost-efficient manner;

  • To manage retail display to maximize brand and products exposure;

  • To perform quality checks and shop visits to ensure complete implementation of visual merchandising materials according to the guideline and standard;

  • To supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding;

  • To develop the distribution (retail, wholesale, offline, online) and negotiate commercial terms;

  • To build a 3-year financial plan for the brand’s development in the territory (sales, operational costs, marketing budget, P&L, etc.)

  • To manage budget and a team of junior assistants

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in Marketing, communications or business discipline;

  • 5 years of experience in marketing communications, advertising agency background is an advantage;

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and handle multi-tasks;

  • Detailed oriented, creative, strong organizational skills;

  • Able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadline;

  • Excellent English and Chinese in both written and verbal communications

  • Immediate availability is preferable

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

  • To oversee and undertake design and art work assignments / projects from conceptual development, art direction to final production

  • Responsible for Interior design OR Visual display for brands and for the advertising, posters, brochures, web & packaging graphic design

  • Responsible for handling the design jobs such as Brand, Packaging, POP and Promotion Materials

  • Develop fixture and visual concept

  • Closely communication with Sales & Marketing Dept. for advertising in multi-medias and promotional etc

  • Liaise with external parties including other project team members, external production companies for timely delivery of quality works and in consistency with the corporate identity

  • Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required

  • Update website and social media channels

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holders in Graphic Design / Communication / Marketing and related discipline

  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in Graphic, 2D Design and 3D Design

  • Proficient in design software (Mac, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Freehand, Corel Draw and knowledge in web graphics etc)

  • Ability to maintain unity with team members

  • Strong senses at good layout, good color and creative, beauty experience will be an advantage

  • Creative, self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime

  • Immediate available preferred

Assistant Leasing and Project Manager (Cakes & Bakery)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle leasing enquiry & all tenancy matters, Liaise and coordinate with consultants, landlords and government authorities including estate agents, Develop close relationships with key tenants

  • Assess leasing proposals carefully to ensure an effective trade mix aligned with the portfolio's positioning

  • Stay on top of market trends and to work closely with the Marketing and Promotion teams in enhancement works

  • Formulating leasing strategy and conducting marketing research etc.

  • Plan and schedule project activities and support resources

  • Coordinate and monitor progress on a daily basis and set deadlines for tasks

  • Secure on-time delivery and pro-actively communicate between stakeholders

  • Major in fit out for chain stores

Requirement:

  • Degree in Building Services, E&M Engineering or related discipline

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years experience in project management

  • In-depth knowledge in contractual procedures, skill in project cost and budgetary control

  • Independent, strong coordination and interpersonal skills

  • Familiar with government regulations, including Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, Fire Services Department and Buildings Department, etc.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, proficiency in written and spoken English

  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word and AutoCAD

  • Preference will be given to those whose background in catering industry

  • Immediate availability is preferable

Admin & HR Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources function, including recruitment, leave administration, employee relations, compensation and benefits, etc. for all levels of staff.

  • Responsible for renewal, formulation and execution of Human Resources and Administration management policies and procedures such as remuneration strategies, manpower capacity planning and labour relations strategies, etc.

  • Set up and maintain a systematic filing system.

  • Prepare reports and any other documents as assigned.

  • Responsible for office administration.

  • Organize company events & other staff activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related disciplines.

  • At least 3 years experience in human resources and office administration, with exposure in retail industry is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skill.

  • Strong sense of responsibilities and commitment.

  • Work independently and under pressure.

  • Strong PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing is a must.

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.

  • Immediate available is preferred.
