Senior Customer Services Executive / Customer Services Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage run-rate orders and be responsible to develop, establish and secure strong customer relationships with key customers

  • Proactively establish lines of communication with internal and external customers

  • Coordinate and manage order fulfillment issues to ensure completeness and timeliness of shipment arrangements

  • Act as a first contact point for customer complaints and enquiries, and offer solutions to settleissues about ordering, shipment and delivery

  • Prepare financial analysis, data generation, product ordering information etc.

  • Provide daily administrative support to sales team

  • Handle any ad hoc assignments from the superior

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Information System or related discipline

  • At least 3 yearsof work experience in sales order processing under integrated system

  • Work experience in warehouse management, inventory control, distribution and logistics is a plus

  • SAP knowledge would be an advantage

  • Self-motivated, meticulous and good analytical thinking

  • Strong sense of job ownership, accountability and integrity

  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel applications

  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin

  • Occasional travel to Shenzhen sales office is required

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Executive

Product Manager (Primary Products)

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and drive the product management function, including product enhancement programs, new product introduction, portfolio management and inventory control

  • Formulate and implement sustainable pricing strategies and models for various key product categories

  • Drive and execute product management activities to achieve the annual sales budget and foster business growth

  • Evaluate market trends of selected segments, customer needs and competitor activities, so as to identify and explore new business opportunities

  • Closely collaborate with other functional teams, including production, engineering, procurement, qualtiy assurance, sales & marketing, etc serving to ensure the strategic initiatives can be achieved on a timely basis

  • Facilitate transformation of prototype into mass production

  • Ensure cost effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritze spending and achieve predefined quality standards

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing / Business Administration / Engineering or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product and marketing management, preferrably from sizeable organizations

  • Solid exposure in semiconductor / electronic components / EMS industry is highly preferable

  • A tactical and meticulous project driver with excellent leadership, prioritizing and collaboration skills

  • Strong analytical thinking, business acumen and problem solving skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

  • Frequent travel to Mainland China is required

Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the monthly close process and prepare monthly consolidate financial statements

  • Prepare and coordinate quarter & annual statutory reports

  • Prepare audited financial statements for the Group (including preparation of additional notes for FS disclosure)

  • Ensure compliance of accounting, legal, statutory and corporate governance requirements

  • Liaise with external auditors regarding statutory and regulatory requirements

  • Prepare quarterly reporting packs and supplementary schedule of the Group

  • Assist in preparing monthly forecast and budget

  • Provide guidance to & liaison with Finance personnel of subsidiaries to ensure accounting treatment are appropriate and in line with accounting standard

  • Assist in preparing bank and treasury documents and schedules

  • Ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Finance, Accouting or related disciplines

  • Qualified HKICPA / ACCA Accountant with minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and auditing, preferably gained from big 4 firms

  • SAP experience will be a plus

  • Independent, well-organized, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility

  • Good communication, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin

Senior Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute a spectrum of HR programs and projects which align with the corporate policies & practices

  • Handle and drive manpower planning as well as recruitment & selection activities

  • Identify training needs, design and coordinate training programs & activities

  • Assist in developing the digital / eLearning platform projects and

  • Provide active support for coordinating various HR projects such as performance evaluation, organization development, manpower review, employee engagement and communication, staff recreation and activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder, preferably majoring in human resources management or related disciplines

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience from sizeable organizations

  • Self-motivated, meticulous and good analytical thinking

  • Strong sense of job ownership, accountability and integrity

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
