Golden Resources Group, an innovative pioneer in the local rice industry with a vast spectrum of highly reputable brands including Golden Elephant, Kangaroo and Cherry Blossom, and a major operator of convenience stores chain (Circle K) in Vietnam, is actively recruiting a dynamic individual to fill the following position (Head Office in Tsing Yi, nearby MTR Station) :

Administrative Assistant / Senior Admin. Clerk - URGENT

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in providing a full spectrum of office administration services including but not limited to office supplies, repair & maintenance, telecommunications, access control, office renovation and set-up etc.

  • To support planning and organizing company functions and activities

  • Liaise and co-ordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate smooth operation within the office

  • Support HR matters when needed

  • Support receptionist duties if necessary

  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma graduate with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in administration work

  • Proficiency in PC skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good communications and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sense of responsibility, a team player, detail-minded, well-organized and willing to learn

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Warehouse Supervisor - URGENT

Job Description:

  • To supervise a team of storekeepers and manage all aspects of the warehouse operation including goods receiving, put-away, dispatch process and record management;

  • To anticipates daily operations problems and develop daily contingency plan;

  • To prepare required reports and closely monitors daily activities in order to ensure smooth workflow processing.

Requirement:

  • Form 5 or above, Diploma holder in Logistics or related discipline are an advantage;

  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in warehouse & logistics operation and with 3 years at supervisory level;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, knowledge of SAP system is an advantage;

  • Good command of English & Chinese;

  • Proactive, responsible and willing to work under pressure.

Shipping Clerk (船務文員)

  • Completed Secondary education

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience

  • Handle full set Import / Export shipping documents

  • Familiar with L/C & banking documents

  • Experience in Import / Export customs declaration and Tradelink operations

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)

  • SAP knowledge will be an advantage

Company Secretarial Clerk

  • Form 5 or above education

  • 1 - 2 years company secretarial experience

  • Responsible for company secretarial duties, handling general filing & clerical duties

  • Proficient in PC (MS Word & Chinese Word Processing)

  • Stable and self-motivated

  • Immediate available
