Concierge Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of guests’ belongings upon arrival and departure; 

  • Show guests to Reception Desk upon arrival and escort guests to their rooms;

  • Maintain good customer care and provide information to guests’ enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Studies 

  • Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Polite and service-oriented

  • Welcome fresh graduate student to apply

Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assigning daily work schedules

  • Spot-checks occupied and vacant guest rooms after cleaning

  • Ensures all public and back of the house areas are regularly sprayed by outside pest control contractor

  • Inspects all room blocked for VIP arrivals

  • Maintains records and storage of all lost and found items

  • Provide ad hoc support for Housekeeping Supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines

  • A minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience preferably in hotel industry

  • Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willing to work under pressure

Front Desk Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operation of the reception counter and maintain a good relationship with customers

  • Assist guests in checking in / out process

Qualifications:

  • A certificate or above in hospitality management or related disciplines

  • A minimum of 1 year's working experience in hospitality industry

  • Knowledge of Opera System is preferred

  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills are added advantages

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus

  • Fresh graduate may be considered
