About the Program

Our Consumer Healthcare (Marketing and Sales) programme will stimulate your early career development through broad-ranging experiences in a variety of business functions. It’s our aim to turn you into a future leader in our business. Your development will come through challenging job rotations in roles such as sales, marketing and supply chain. You’ll be supported by formal learning and coaching.

You will build your commercial capabilities through your experience across the key areas of our commercial business, including marketing, sales and customer management. From the start, our challenging rotations will help you deliver the standards of commercial excellence we’d expect from a future leader.


We’ll expect you to manage projects and prioritise a variety of tasks effectively. This means you’ll need to build working relationships with people at all levels of our organisation. In addition, you’ll analyse information and report your findings, so we can identify and understand trends, insights and facts. Not least, we want you to keep developing new skills and knowledge wherever you find the opportunity. In further details:
