Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from CS hotline system in a professional manner, answer inquiries received by phone and by mail

  • Deliver quality customer service including order processing, follow up and handle inquiries or complaints with good communication skill, friendly and polite manner

  • Liaise with internal departments to solve customer problems and request

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team

  • Assist in any ad hoc project as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Sales & Customer Relations/Public Administration /Hospitality Management or other related disciplines

  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience in customer services preferably gained from call centre

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues

  • Monitor the system daily and respond to security or usability

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full creative, design and production support to the Creative Director of an in-house Marketing & Design Department

  • Adhering to corporate style guidelines, branding, as well as production standards

  • Responsible for developing marketing and promotion materials including (but not limited to): brochure, catalogue, POP, manual, packaging, print ad, store display and exhibition design

  • Working closely with the team and different parties on project development

  • Handle ad hoc assignments or projects as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in graphic design, visual art, commercial art and/or related fields

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in graphic design or advertising

  • Strong competency in image/photo editing

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure copy accuracy through adherence to the highest standards for grammar, punctuation, spelling, consistency, style and tone under the direction of Marketing Director

  • Copyedit all Company’s product descriptions, brand-specific webpages and direct-to-consumer marketing communications in compliance with the highest standards for grammar, punctuation, spelling, style and tone under the direction of Marketing Director

  • Serve as the sole fact-checker for all printed marketing materials as well as all content published by company website and new media platform such as membership and social media platform to ensure the factual accuracy through thorough fact-checking and research procedures under the direction of Marketing Director

  • Copyedit text and traffics layouts through the design and production process, identifying errors and working with the creative team to resolve any potential inconsistencies and problems

  • Check the updated copy against the approved edited text in the layout and once it’s online to ensure that all requested edits have been implemented

  • Assist with updating the house style manual, which defines the grammar, punctuation, spelling, legal trademarks and voice specific to the unique needs of the many Company product lines printed and online communications

  • Establish and maintain strong ongoing relationships with the project managers and design team in order to ensure the accuracy of all of Company’s printed and digital communications

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and optimize on-page website content and landing pages
