We are now seeking a well-qualified high-calibre person to join us.

Customer Solutions Executive (E-commerce)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing quality customer services, such as handling all complaints and inquiries cases via multiple communication channels

  • Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with our clients and internal departments

  • Perform shipment tracing and perform reports if necessary

  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction for customers

  • To assist in providing service and product training to customers when required

  • Perform other customer services duties as assigned

  • Willing to work under pressure


  • HKDSE or above

  • Possess a minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience, preferably gained in E-commerce or logistics industries

  • Customer focused with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.

  • Speedy and accurate Chinese typing is essential

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Immediately available is preferred

Credit Control Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handles customer account opening and credit check

  • Debtor collection include visit customer with Sales to facilitate debt payments on a periodically basis

  • Build working relationship with financial contacts of customers

  • Follows up delinquent accounts

  • Monitors customers' payment behavior

  • Prepare data and reports of accounts receivable and doubtful accounts

  • Co-ordinate with sales to review and improve payment cycle of customers

  • Implements credit management policy

  • Assists in month end closing & other adhoc projects


  • Diploma or above with basic accounting knowledge preferable

  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably with experience in credit control

  • Good PC skills in MS office and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

  • Good communication, interpersonal skills

  • Good analytical skills and able to work independently

  • Willing to travel to China, mainly Shenzhen area

  • Immediately available is preferred

Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • To perform daily accounting operation

  • To handle customers' invoices, credit note and verification of supporting documents

  • Manage Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable

  • Assists in month end closing and reporting

  • Other adhoc projects


  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably with experience in accounting

  • Good PC skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good analytical skills and able to work independently

  • Immediately available is preferred

Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Create new business by aggressively finding and daily visit of ecommerce / logistic business to promote our logistic services.

  • Provide monthly accurate sales pipeline and forecast sales reports

  • Identify and capitalize on up-sell and cross-sale opportunities

  • Support marketing efforts at trade shows and events

  • Manage customer relationship periodically following up to collect feedback and new needs

  • Ability to travel overseas and asia pacific including China to visit customers.

  • Passion in selling


  • Verifiable track record of over-achieving quota in past positions

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Sales or Account Executive role

  • Door to door sales experience is preferred

  • Exceptional ability in developing and maintaining client relationships

  • Willingness to take ownership and execute

  • Strong communication skills and excellent organizational ability

Assistant Business Development Manager / Business Development Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and build business networks and relationships with relevant customers and key decision makers with the aim to secure new business

  • Ability to manage the sales cycle: prospecting for leads, setting up an appointments, qualifying the lead, presentation, negotiation, close the sales with some admin follow up.

  • Generate profitable sales in new accounts that meet and exceed business revenue goals

  • Prepare & deliver professional presentations, proposal, marketing materials

  • Responsible in marketing materials, presentation, and pricing opportunities in relation to bid opportunities


  • University graduate or above.

  • 2-4 years sales experience in logistic or ecommerce or related industry

  • Experience in key account management will be an advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Positive thinking, high degree of self-motivation, reliable and result-oriented,

  • Able to manage ad hoc duties

  • Good command of English, Chinese & Mandarin

  • Proficient PC skills

  • Able to travel to overseas, including china.
