To cope with our expansion, we are looking for the following talents:

Senior Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and surpass customer expectations

  • Maximize every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators

  • Identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to queries regarding price, features, benefits and use of FURLA merchandise

  • Optimize product knowledge and draw customer's attention to products in order to maximize selling opportunities

  • Take every opportunity to collect customer information and preference in order to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty

  • Assist the shop in charge in daily operation include stock management, visual merchandising and reporting, etc

  • Provide coaching to new joiners

  • Take the role of Second In-charge when Shop In-charge not present and maintain smooth store operations.

  • Handle customer complaints and product repairing case if SIC is not present

Requirements:

  • Passionate about FURLA/ Leather goods/ Service

  • Minimum 2 year experience of retail sales preferably in luxury retail

  • Positive working attitude, hardworking and able to take on new challenges

  • Strong customer-service and teamwork-oriented mindset

  • Always presents a professional, friendly and energetic image

  • Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities

  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Able to provide basic guidance and coaching to less experienced staff

Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI targets

  • Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge

  • Deliver excellent customer service and inspire long-term relationship with customers

  • Assist the shop in charge in daily operation include stock management, visual merchandising and reporting, etc

  • Provide excellent customer service and surpass customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience of retail sales preferably in field of leather goods & accessories.

  • Positive working attitude, hardworking and able to take on new challenges.

  • Strong customer-service and teamwork-oriented mindset.

  • Able to handle multiple demands and completing priorities.

  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
