1. Senior / Sales Associate - 高級/銷售顧問 (杏花邨新店)

職責:

  • 以顧問身份推廣Fila為優雅及活力的時尚服飾, 並積極進行銷售
  • 專業解決顧客需求, 提升顧客對品牌及服務的滿意度
  • 融入團隊, 合力超越營運指標
  • 協助店舖陳列、配貨及收銀等需要

 
要求:

  • 中學程度
  • 至少一年或以上零售銷售經驗, 有相關時尚服飾銷售經驗者優先考慮
  • 主動、熱情、良好溝通能力、及具感染力
  • 發揮團隊精神及有責任感, 良好工作態度
  • 經驗較資深者可被考慮為高級銷售顧問
  • 工作地點: 杏花新城

3. Shop Manager / Assistant Shop Manager (Yuen Long / Heng Fa Chuen District)

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Operations Manager to manage the store operation from sales to people management
  • Lead the sales team to achieve the target
  • Provide prestige service to promote the stylish brand and lifestyle fashion to our customers
  • Able to analyze and transform the data into the business strategies to sustain and drive the business
  • Accountable for the store operation with commitment and drive for the business growth and success
  • Work closely with the Manager and management as a key focal point between office and store to run the store in an effective and efficient way
  • Initiate breakthrough ideas to add value to the operations and business
  • Train and develop the sales team to foster a positive culture on teamwork

Requirements:

  • Secondary graduate
  • At least 6 years of retaining sales experience in which 3 years in supervisory level
  • Mature with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Can-do attitude and strong leadership skill
  • Energetic, enthusiastic character with passion and high influential skill
  • With positive mind to adapt dynamic environment
  • Sensitive to figure and good analytical mind
