Event Sales Manager/ Producer (Event management and production)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day event sales needs of our clients and develop new sales opportunities through upselling, lead generation, sales tracking, and activity closure

  • Participate in venue site inspections, client meetings as requested by our partner clients

  • Develop creative concepts and designs that will enhance the client’s brand and engage the audience

  • Work closely and develop a strong working relationship with the clients and partners

  • Ensure customer needs and expectations are met and or exceeded

  • Coordinate all aspects during planning phase of events including liaising with supplier, venues and production teams.

  • Prepare and present pitch proposal and material for all large scale events.

  • Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to the clients during and after the sales phase

  • Ensure the confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Hospitality or Events is highly regarded

  • At least 5 years' sales experience in events management and/ or hospitality industry is essential

  • Previous working experience in developing creative concepts/ designs, creative sales proposal, pitching and selling of event services is highly regarded

  • Strong interest in event technologies and creativity;

  • Excellent ability to communicate verbally and written, in both English and Cantonese

  • Excellent planning, organisational, time management & account management skills

  • Customer centric and ability to build strong and long lasting customer relationship

  • Good team player as well as the ability to work independently

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines

  • HK Citizen or Permanent Resident is pre-requisite

Digital Designer/ 3D Designer (Event Production)

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales and Technical teams to deliver high quality, pitch winning creative designs while ensuring creative briefs from clients are met

  • Produce high quality 3D representations of Set and Stage concepts

  • Support Video Production with 3D renders for animation

  • Contribute strong capabilities in preparation of graphics including use of Adobe Suite

  • Contribute to the production of quotes and proposals

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in digital design, graphic design or related field

  • Minimum 3 years’ professional design experience in events field

  • Pitch development, quoting and delivery experience is essential

  • Advanced 2D/3D CAD skills

  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skillset

  • Refined client relationship & communication skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Cantonese and English

  • Good team player

  • Highly self- motivated and proactive

  • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines

  • Ability to work within constrained budgets with limited resources

  • HK Citizen or Permanent Resident is pre-requisite for the role

Audio Visual Technician/ Supervisor (Event production)

Responsibilities:

  • Safe and efficient delivery, operation and removal of audio visual equipment for live events

  • Provision of 5 star customer service to internal and external clients and presenters

  • Fault finding audio visual systems and implementing effective solutions

  • Completion of administration and production reports and forms as required

  • Undertake stock take and inventory maintenance as required

  • Escalate identified safety and compliance issues to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ related experience working in a customer service focus and event production environment

  • Excellent knowledge of audio visual technologies, preferably having experience working with;

    • Audio equipment: digital mixers, power speakers, digital networks and brands Yamaha, JBL, Shure

    • Video equipment: seamless switchers, LED Screens, HD Projection and brands Panasonic, Barco, Novostar

    • Lighting equipment: moving head lights, digital controllers, nodes and brands such as MA Lighting, Martin

  • Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and written in Cantonese;

  • Intermediate ability to understand and communicate in English is highly regarded;

  • Highly developed customer service skills;

  • Self motivator and ability to work under pressure;

  • Excellent grooming and presentation;

  • Ability to operate autonomously or part of a team;

  • Flexibility to work after hours and on the weekends as required; and

  • Citizen/ PR of Hong Kong is pre-requisite
