Sales Administrative Assistant
Assist Sales Team to prepare and follow up documents of quotation, job order, delivery note, sales invoice
Follow-up daily order with customers and liaise with logistics team
Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints from calls, emails, etc...
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Diploma or above in Business or related discipline
At least 2 years experience
Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Independent, well-organized and detail-minded
Experience in ERP system will be an advantages
Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
Immediately available is preferred.
5+ years of experience
Proven track-record working for advertising agency
Expertise in In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, etc.
Detail-oriented and accurate
Hands-on with a service mentality
Result-oriented: Ability to prioritize and work quickly from concept creation to finished product
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Customer centric: Ability to evaluate customer feedback and adapt accordingly - “test & learn”
Great verbal & written communication skills
