Sales Administrative Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Assist Sales Team to prepare and follow up documents of quotation, job order, delivery note, sales invoice

  • Follow-up daily order with customers and liaise with logistics team

  • Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints from calls, emails, etc...

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • Diploma or above in Business or related discipline

  • At least 2 years experience

  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

  • Independent, well-organized and detail-minded

  • Experience in ERP system will be an advantages

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin

  • Immediately available is preferred.

Assistant Designer

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Proven track-record working for advertising agency

  • Expertise in In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Detail-oriented and accurate

  • Hands-on with a service mentality

  • Result-oriented: Ability to prioritize and work quickly from concept creation to finished product

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Customer centric: Ability to evaluate customer feedback and adapt accordingly - “test & learn”

  • Great verbal & written communication skills

  • Strong leadership
