DUKLING is an antique junk built in 1955 which is the Icon of Hong Kong. It provides hop-on / hop-off boat tour as well as cultural journey for the public to experience our traditional junk.
In order to boost the awareness of DUKLING, we produce merchandises and gift items for retail and online selling.
To extend our retail channel, we are looking for an Assistant Shop Supervisor to scale up our goals.
Shop Assistant (Retail)
Handle daily store operation, administration, management and maintain brand image
Contribute to the development of the shop action plan and lead its implementation.
Handle inventory control
Communicate and work closely with internal departments
At least 1 year solid retail operation experience in Clothing/ Gift and Souvenir items
Candidates interested in Chinese Traditional dress Qipao would be an advantage
Holder of DSE or above
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Mature, detail-minded with good customer service skill
Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
Able to work independently
Good command of spoken Cantonese, Chinese and English
Proficient in POS system and MS Office
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Shop Associate or above
Business Development Manager (Retail)
Plan and organize activities related to the business development & procurement function by implementing procurement strategy & policy and forecast procurement needs
To expand our products Distribution channels to boost sales and brand awareness
To source and procure for retail and on line shop products
Evaluate quotations and negotiate pricing with vendors and to ensure product quality, best pricing, prompt delivery by vendors.
Monitor the performance of suppliers
Prepare and review contracts, bids, proposals & vendor agreement
Degree or Diploma in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in retail industry which in Clothing/ Gift and Souvenir items would be advantage
Excellent communication and project management skills
Self-motivated, independent, proactive and able to deliver under tight schedules
Good problem solving, communication, leading & negotiation skills
Candidate with lesser experience may be considered as Business Development Executive
Part Time Shop Assistant (Central)
To handle POS system, cashier deities, maintain VM (visual merchandising) at proper standards, stock take and stock management
Assist the Manager for daily operation
At least 1 year solid retail operation / customer service, preferably experience in fashion/children’s wear/accessories/gift and souvenir industries
Fresh grad will be also considered
Holder of DSE or above
Excellent interpersonal and customer oriental
Friendly personality and a good team player
Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
Good command of spoken Mandarin and English
Good PC skills
Candidates interested in Chinese Traditional dress Qipao will be an advantage
