We are an expanding Medical Practice established in 1947 and now a member of the Town Health group.  We seek energetic and self-motivated applicants for the post of:

Officer – Scheme Management

Job Duties:

  • Handle out-patient and in-patient precertification or case approvals;

  • Liaise with insurers, doctors and other service providers to gather information pertinent to a particular case;

  • Conduct case reviews/follow up if necessary;

  • Handle medical claims related issues and enquiries;

  • Deliver good customer service to the network, clients, and other service providers.


  • Holder of Higher Diploma or above in healthcare-related disciplines preferred;

  • Minimum of 2 years in healthcare management or health insurance fields;

  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua;

  • Excellent customer service skills;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

  • Immediately available preferred

Billing Clerk

Job Duties:

  • Data entry, scanning, sorting & filing and records maintenance;

  • Assist in preparing invoices and customer monthly statements;

  • Assist in contracts setup;

  • Maintain good filing of billing documents;

  • Take on ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements & Attributes:


  • 1-2 years’ experience in handling large volume of data entry and records management preferred;

  • High proficiency in computer skills;

  • Logical and sensitive to numbers;

  • Good typing skills;

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

  • Willing to learn, self-motivated, good communication

Clinic Receptionist

Job Duties:

  • Serve as an ambassador to deliver professional customer services to patients;

  • Manage appointment schedules;

  • Handle patient registration and enquiries;

  • Answer telephone enquiries;

  • Perform general clinic duties;

  • Take on ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements & Attributes:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above;

  • 1-2 years' experience in receptionist / clinic operations;

  • Experience in handling medical cards or contract patients preferred;

  • Proficiency in computer skills and commonly used telephone system;

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua;

  • Mature, assertive and polite with good customer services and interpersonal skills;

  • More experienced candidates with potential will be considered for the role of Senior Receptionist

HealthCare Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Assist doctors in consultation and minor operations

  • Handle telephone enquiries and medical appointments

  • Follow-up medical reports

Requirements & Attributes:

  • HKDSE / HKCEE or above

  • 1-2 years’ experience in clinic operations

  • Certificate in Health Care Assistant Training and experience in blood draw or serving different specialties preferred

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Good customer service skills, responsible, self-motivated, and good interpersonal &communication skills

  • Basic I.T. knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications
