Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager - Junior Store (Children's)

Job Purpose:

Ensure all functions in the store run smoothly and properly at all times according to the company principles and guidelines with honesty and integrity.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Monitor the sales performance and motivate the team to reach the sales target by taking necessary action plan.

  • Improve the quality of sales by focusing on KPIs e.g. conversion rate, UPT & SPT.

  • Provide feedback on merchandises to ensure sufficient stock level and right merchandises in store.

  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports for sales analysis in office and participate in monthly meeting.

  • Provide market information e.g. Mall activities and competitors movement.

  • Participate in seasonal product training and conduct trainings to the sales team afterwards.

Team Management

  • Responsible for monitoring the employee behaviors in store.

  • Enhance the staff customer service by daily coaching.

  • To provide training /coaching in order to cultivate continuous learning environment.

  • Develop the staff by identify their strength and weakness and execute the development plan.

  • To keep staff align with business objectives and meet sales target.

Operations Management

  • Roster arrangement according to the instruction of company and match with the business needs.

  • Stock management that ensure the stocks are in correct price and display correctly. Minimize the stock loss and damage.

  • Monitor the cashiering flow to make sure the transactions process is correct and efficient.

  • Plan and execute stock take whenever necessary.

  • Communicate with office team to ensure smooth operations in store.

Customer Service/CRM

  • Act as an ambassador in serving the VIPs and regular customers especially during store event.

  • Handle customer complaints whenever necessary.

  • Monitor the store customer database to retain the loyal customers.

Job Qualifications & Specifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in children's wear with at least 2 years in supervisory level from luxury fashion industry

  • Result-oriented, energetic, patient, outgoing and self-motivated

  • Passion in fashion industry and customer service -oriented

  • Good command of English and Mandarin

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Store Manager

Senior Client Associate/ Client Associate (Senior Sales Advisor/ Sales Advisor)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador of Dolce & Gabbana

  • Achieve sales goals, enhance and develop business opportunities

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience to clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in fashion retail

  • Hands-on experience in luxury fashion will be an advantage

  • Energetic, outgoing and self-motivated

  • Passionate in luxury fashion and customer service-oriented

  • Excellent communication skills, good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Client Associate

Client Associate (Sales Advisor) - Junior Store (Children's)

Back of House - Deputy Store Director

Job Purpose

Ensure all functions in the store’s Back of House (BoH) run smoothly and properly at all times according to the company principles and guidelines with honesty and integrity.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Work closely with Store Director/ Store Management team to ensure best performance of store

  • Monitor store BoH expenses, maintain store operating budget, while aiming to reduce overall cost

  • Prepare and analyze monthly BoH performance and ensure standards are met

  • Develop and implement business action plans in order to enhance BoH processes

  • Manage implementation and execution of all Company initiatives with the store

  • Provide accurate schedules for the BoH staff in accordance with the FoH activities and needs

  • Arrange roster according to the instruction of the Company and match with the business needs

  • Assist in the store projects (new opening, closing, renovation, or relocations etc.)

  • Facilitate and coordinate the collaboration between store and Corporate Departments in order to meet all DG policies and procedures

  • Responsible for administrative and back office store duties

Stock Team Management

  • Lead stock team and monitor the stockroom operation and activities to maximize store productivity

  • Support the inventory management, help store improving execution quality and efficiency

  • Ensure data accuracy of stock team on system uploading & downloading

  • Maintain a high standard on stock replenishment and stockroom tidiness in all time

  • Provide feedback on merchandises to ensure sufficient stock level and right merchandises in store.

  • Ensure merchandise are in correct pricing and display, minimize the stock loss and damage

  • Plan and lead stock-take activities whenever necessary

Cashier Team Management

  • Supervise the cashier team and make sure all transactions are done correctly

  • Ensure proper management of pretty cash in store

  • Ensure all payment records and client information are correct during daily opening & closing

  • Monitor payment accuracy by reconciling sales reports, receipts & actual payment received

  • Review regularly the cashiering flow to make sure an efficient transactions process

People Management

  • Arrange and conduct monthly coaching sessions with the BoH staff to review performance and provide constructive feedback

  • Lead the BoH staff to provide the highest level of client service

  • Participate in attracting, retaining & training a highly-performed BoH team

  • Develop the staff by identify their strength and weakness and execute the development plan

Job Qualifications & Specifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in retail store at least 2 years in managerial level from luxury fashion industry

  • A strong background in operation management will be an advantage

  • Result-oriented, energetic, patient, outgoing and self-motivated

  • Passion in fashion industry and customer service -oriented

  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Temporary Human Resources Assistant (3-month contract)

Main activities and responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Human Resources department, including recruitment, HR operations and engagement activities

  • Support recruitment activities such as resumes screening, interview appointment making, report preparation and onboarding

  • Provide administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Key requirements

  • Higher diploma or above in human resources management or business related disciplines

  • 1-year relevant experience in Human Resources is preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Organized, detail-minded and team player with good communications and interpersonal skills

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
