csl / 1O1O Channel Operations Support Officer, Order Support (CRE2/201908/COSO/AC)

Responsibilities:

  • Process order in varies mobile systems (SVC, Springboard, MobBOM, POS) to conform to requirements, guidelines, procedures and policies stipulated by the Company.

  • Compile & reconcile various operation reports to ensure order accuracy

  • Handle internal customer telephone inquiries relates to sales order status and/or customer complaint

  • Follow pre-set procedures and workflows and complete the job in a follow-up and follow-through manner

  • Learn and grasp latest job knowledge proactively to facilitate daily operation needs

  • Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

  • HKCEE or HKDSE graduate or equivalent

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Pro-active, responsible, good interpersonal & communication skill

  • Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered

Assistant Marketing Communications Manager (CSX5/201908/AMCM/HC)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various internal teams in delivering effective marketing communications and event strategy for 1O1O, csl. and Prepaid brands

  • Partner with program owner in engaging creative and event agencies to brief campaign requirements

  • Manage and supervise agencies/ suppliers on production, budget control and quality delivery of services

  • Coordinate with channel teams including retail, road-show, telesales and online teams to ensure all communication materials are implemented and maintained in line with the marketing campaign plan, are visible in the channel, used in appropriate ways and withdrawn in a timely manner

  • Create and maintain project management documentation to track development and delivery of allocated campaigns/events

Requirements:

  • University graduate with degree in marketing or related discipline

  • Around 5 years of branding and marketing communications experience

  • Preferable from 4As agencies

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Creative, strong interpersonal and project management skills, self-motivated, result-driven, able to handle multi-tasks

  • Able to work under high pressure and long hours and meet tight deadline

  • 跟從規定及程序處理工作,適時跟進及完成整個工作流程

  • 遵從公司及其合作伙伴的工作要求、政策、規條及作業程序

  • 主動地了解及學習與工作相關的知識

  • 以專業態度履行職務,並時刻保持公司形象

  • 按需要協助處理其他工作

  • 熟悉流動電話服務及銷售者將優先考慮為資深電話銷售主任

工作要求 :

  • 中五 / 中學文憑或以上程度

  • 客戶優先,具解決困難能力並著重成果

  • 主動積極協助客戶及推廣銷售

  • 具良好聆聽、溝通及銷售技巧

  • 具有良好的軟件應用經驗

  • 熟悉流動電話產品及服務者優先考慮
