Assistant Security Manager (Residential - Tseung Kwan O)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a security team to ensure the security service provided to clients up to their requirements

  • Supervise a team of staff to perform security duties including access control, visitor registration and patrolling etc.

  • Responsible for managing security guards, investigation and patrol teams, including schedule duty roster, monitor performance and conduct routine inspection

  • Ensure smooth operations of security system including fire alarms and emergency incidents handling

  • Ensure security operations in compliance with properties security / fire standards, policies & procedures, rules and regulations

  • Handle enquiries, complaints ad emergency incidents

  • 6 days/week & 9 hours/ B & C shift duty is required

Requirements:

  • F.5 or DSE graduated

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in security service industry / disciplinary services with at least 2 years at senior supervisory level (experience gained in residential field is preferable)

  • Excellent leadership with practical knowledge and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivation with professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude

  • Strong analytical mind with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge in MS Office

  • Good command of English and Cantonese

  • Willing to work on weekend & public holidays

Receptionist (Sha Tin - Data Center)

Job Responsibilities/ Duties:

  • Preforming essential front desk administrative duties

  • Delivering professional quality customer service and recommendations

  • Following up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently

  • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)

  • Public Holidays

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above

  • 1-2 year's working experience in customer service is preferable.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Pleasant personality and good presentation, customer service oriented.

Security Manager (Residential - Tseung Kwan O)

Procurement / Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for material sourcing and vendor selection

  • Prepare purchase contract document such as purchase order etc.

  • Liaising and price negotiating with suppliers and vendors

  • Maintain and upkeep price database and record

  • Check supplier’s invoice for payment process

  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above in Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines

  • 1 year solid working experience in procurement with good sourcing and procurement knowledge

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel) and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine accounting tasks, mainly including account payables, book-keeping, expenses approval etc.

  • Issue monthly debit notes to customers

  • Liaise with internal members to fulfill customers' requirement

  • Maintain proper and systematic filing system

  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year relevant experience is preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome)

  • Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated,detail-oriented and a good team player

  • Able to work under pressure and to meet deadline

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

HR Assistant / Clerk (C&B)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for payroll calculation, MPF administration, tax filing and employee benefits matters

  • Handle staff disciplinary issues, work injury and labour dispute cases

  • Administer HR information system

  • Maintain leave records and HR database

  • Any other ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in HR or related disciplines

  • 3 years or above solid and hands on experience in payroll & benefits administration

  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance, MPF, taxation and other HR related legislation

  • Attentive to details, numeric sensitive with strong problem solving and organization skills

  • Be a proactive and good team player and can work under a fast pace environment

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel) and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Clerk
