We, a local public listed company with business in property investment, property development and property management, are seeking a self-motivated, proactive and high calibre individual for the following position:

Building Services Engineer / Assistant Building Services Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing project independently from inception to final stage including overall project planning, review of designs and specification, monitoring progress and coordination with consultants and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Degree/High Diploma holder in Building Services. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, preferably with relevant professional memberships.

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in handling of residential projects. Less experienced applicant will be considered as Assistant Engineer.

  • Self-motivated, innovative, mature, result orientated and able to work independently and under pressure.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential.

  • Consulting background and having experience in E&M design of residential developments is an advantage.

Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulation and implementation of leasing, sales and marketing strategies for property projects

  • Conduct market research and analysis

  • Coordinate on show flat design and arrange sales office logistics

  • Liaise with business associate such as property agents, solicitors, and advertising agencies to strive for the successful sales launch

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines

  • 1 year working experience, preferably in leading property developers in Hong Kong

  • Proactive and customer-oriented

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • 5-day week, irregular hours

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Sales Officer / Assistant Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for property projects

  • Conduct market research and analysis

  • Prepare sales documents

  • Liaise with business associate such as property agents, solicitors, and advertising agencies to strive for the successful sales launch

  • Assist in daily operations in relation to sales and marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines

  • 3-5 years' working experience, preferably in leading property developers in Hong Kong

  • Proactive and customer-oriented

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

  • 5-day week, irregular hours

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Sales Officer

Interior Designer

Responsible for the whole cycle of interior design process of residential & commercial projects, prepare of the design brief, tender document, shop drawing, submission, materials selection and make recommendations, monitoring progress and coordination with consultants and contractors

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture Design, Architecture or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in residential & commercial project design (Interior Fitting Out / Contracting Service is preferable)

  • Possess knowledge in site and construction practice is definitely an advantage

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign or other relevant software

  • Innovative, creative and strong design skill

  • Good Interpersonal Skills and able to work as a team

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Marketing Manager/ Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsible for formulating Marketing Plans, designing Advertising Campaign and supervising Promotional Activities for the company’s property portfolios in Hong Kong and Macau.  He/She is required to closely work with advertising agencies and production house to ensure deadline met.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines

  • Min. 8 years experience in leading Property Developers

  • Sound knowledge in local property market

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Creative and market oriented

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

Responsible for overseeing project from inception to handover including overall project planning, review of drawings, monitoring progress and coordination with consultants and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture or related disciplines

  • Member of HKIA or equivalent

  • Registered architect with over 10 years of post-qualification experience in local property development/project management

  • Experience in large scale property development projects preferable

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Applicants with less experience will be considered for Assistant Project Manager position
