Assistant Marketing Manager
Assist in driving marketing strategies and implement strategic marketing campaigns and partnerships to boost the Company's media presence and brand
Assist in driving and implement strategic PR campaigns for brand positioning and enhancing brand image and awareness
Liaise with different stakeholder both internal and external to execute campaigns/events and to drive sales revenue
Plan and compile press and promotional materials to enhance the awareness of the Company's brands, products, and promotion
Establish new and strengthen existing media relations to drive media opportunities and marketing partnership opportunities
Develop and implement both online and offline marketing campaign to promote our products to target customers, increase sales, traffic and brand visibility
Monitor the CRM systems and oversee the loyalty program pertaining to e-Wallet, Club Cards and other coupons.
Work closely with teammates to generate on-brand creative content, and share/archive accordingly
Define, collect and analyze data from reports to identify insights and propose action steps to ensure constant improvement and relevancy
Maintaining Hong Kong market Event calendars, recaps and photos
Create Monthly newsletters, for both internal and external members
Conduct regular market visit to develop monthly market intelligence report and proactively drive new events, retail marketing & promotion initiatives

HR Development Manager
Handle whole recruitment process including advertisement posting, candidates screening and interview
Provide human resources advice to business units on their human resources planning
Build and maintain good communication with senior management
Monitor all headcount and recruitment budget
Formulate, implement and review HR policies and procedures
Develop Job Descriptions for all TCA positions
Conduct exit interviews on all staff
Conduct and create team building programs
Ensure individuals hired are a good brand identity and personality fit for TCA
Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or related field
4 years in managerial grade
Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
Experiences gained in F&B / retail industry is required
Experience in handling payroll of outlet staff will be an advantage
Company Secretarial knowledge is preferable
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
Overseas exposure is required
Human Resources Officer
Assist in all-rounded HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, etc.
Handle frontline payroll, MPF and taxation
Participate in whole recruitment process
Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline
2-3 years relevant working experience, hands-on payroll experience at F&B / retail / property management industry is a must
Familiar with Labour Ordinance an advantage
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Retail Marketing Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the marketing team to strategize & execute retail experiences & special events at our 10+ Hong Kong outlets, within a 360 approach to ensure alignment between product marketing, social, retail operation and branding.
Produce high-quality events across multiple stores and pay attention to the smallest details.
Liaise with stakeholders on pre-event organization such as choice of venues, negotiations with partners/sponsors, scheduling and purchasing; transportation arrangements; delivery; budgeting.
Work closely with designer to develop compelling visuals (posters, menu inserts, tent cards, etc.) for each event and promotional campaign.
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment of objectives and set up appropriate measurements of success.
Drive Hong Kong market’s multichannel promotion strategies to support key product launch, store opening, signature events and maintain brand competitiveness
Monitor and evaluate promotion programs and activities to measure effectiveness and recommendation of improvements as needed
Manage the timely output of all in-store, around-store print assets, including but not limited to menus, promotional posters, price tags, digital displays, wall displays.
Ensure that all in-store, around-store marketing surfaces are professionally and consistently displayed and updated.
Monitor My Google Business and Facebook for customer reviews and manage/organize appropriate responses for different complaint/compliment scenarios.
Assist in producing branded content or content templates for the Mainland Chinese market
Work with relevant parties to generate creative content for website, newsletter, blogs, print media and other owned channels
Collect and/or prepare Event recaps with pictures, video and written summaries of events.
Skills & Requirements:
Passion and rudimentary knowledge of Specialty Coffee
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, English/Literature or other relevant fields
2-3 years of hands-on relevant event or project management experience, ideally in retail or FMCG companies, services or related industries and/or agencies
Good command of written and spoken ability in both English and Chinese with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Creative team player with detail-minded, good organizational and analytical skills & able to cope with fast-pace working environment
Barista / Server
Responsible for providing a friendly & professional dining experience to our customers;
Preparation and serving of coffee & other beverages;
Present the characteristics of different coffee varieties and production methods to customers;
Maintain smooth and efficient operations in the restaurant area
Demonstrate proactive & positive quality service on site;
Relevant experience in western restaurants is an advantage;
Hard working and service-oriented with outgoing personality
Oversea exposure is an advantage
Excellent level of spoken and written English
Holding valid working permit in Hong Kong
